Very friendly, i didnt realise you got a better deal by pre odering, but lady very helpful and still gave me an amazing exchange rate, and beat all the other places i looked at online.

I have used CG Exchange many times but recently disappointed to be told the in person day rate is significantly less than online quoted surely the rate is fixed for that day. Next time will save by buying locally.

I came across Covent Garden FX after logging on to my bank website to check the possibility of obtaining some US dollars. Having never used this company previously I was understandably sceptical but proceeded on the basis that it was one of many shown on a link issued from my bank. I registered and paid the sum due to purchase my currency and emails were received to confirm the purchase and when the currency would arrive. A few days later I tried to log on to their website but was unable to do so which caused me some concern. I telephoned and spoke to a young lady who confirmed everything was in order and my currency should arrive on 6th April. Whilst still concerned, I was prepared to wait to see how the situation developed and I am pleased to confirm my currency arrived this morning as promised. I have still given 5 stars despite the inability to login as all organisations can experience technical issues from time to time.

Sam Newbury and Mark at Covent Garden FX were exceptional when it came to customer service. I asked for smaller denominations and they were more than happy to help me, absolutely perfect! Nothing was a problem for either of them. Will definitely use Covent Garden FX again

Easy online ordering process. Prompt email confirmation with clear guidance on process. Email subsequently received confirming dispatch with Royal Mail tracking details. Money delivered bang on schedule. This was my first time using Covent Garden FX for my holiday money. I researched and they offered the best exchange rate. I will definitely use them again.

Used for the first time. Straight forward, excellent rate, with no hidden charges - you get what it says in the adverts. One tiny thing - too many large denominations, making day to day transactions sometimes slightly embarrassing - 50 Euro note for a pint! Will most certainly use again.

I saved £235.00 compared to the Post Office buy back rate when I used Covent Garden FX to sell back 2910 EUROs!
I paid just £14 to send it via Royal Mail Special Delivery which included insurance for the full amount.
Covent Garden FX sent me an email to say they had received the Euro's I had sent them, from my posting at 11am to the money being in my current account took just 23 hours - amazing service.
