I got an expensive ebike last year (2023) in February and a few weeks later, it got stolen! I was so stressed and worried as I'd never had such an expensive item stolen before. I contacted CoverCloud to make my claim and they were so quick and easy to deal with, I would recommend them to anyone. I got my claim sorted and new bike within only about 2 weeks. They were also very easy to communicate with and very helpful every time. I have just renewed my insurance for another year and don't plan to leave them anytime soon.

I was trying purchase a policy and entered all details but whenever I tried to click continue it said server error, I further contacted the team through live chat and they couldn’t assist me first and said to wait tomorrow continuously and try again. After that, I contacted them and the chat agent said the retailer name was too long and to shorten it and then they said that if I made a claim it would be declined since they can not confirm if the retailer is trusted even though I have a receipt, the original box, and bought it for full price. After that, the chat agent was being disrespectful to me and was showing attitude towards me. I would advise anyone not to purchase a policy from this company since they most likely would scam you if it went through and later on if you would like to make a claim they would decline it and it would be a waste of your money.
