I simply adore the design - but the quality is lacking

I simply adore the design. I was gifted the shirt by my girlfriend. However I've worn and washed it about 10-15 times and its starting to fall apart. I send a complaint and was offered a 20% discount on a new order.

I uploaded a photo to the website with my review there.

Update: after this post I was offered a replacement shirt. I'm happy with the service and hope to receive it soon.

Fake website

Fake website. I ordered a shirt from them on the 16th of July and still never received any update on my purchase. All they do is spam you will promotional emails. I have alerted my bank and expect a full refund asap.

It was a joyous occasion!

Never received my package

Never received my package. They say it was delivered. Even checked footage with my leasing office and no one was there when they said it was delivered.
So no one even brought my package. Buyer beware.

Amazing

I’ve had a great experience with cowboybay.

Good service and products

Had some problems with delivery because of my countrys postal system, Cowboybay sent a new product the second theh got the first one in return, and double checked the address and everything! Great service and great product!

Doesn’t disappoint!!

Very cute items! Well made. Have purchased many tshirts and a couple sweatshirts lately and everything has washed and dried well. Website is easy to navigate and checkout is easy. Company clearly states shipping will take a bit, I appreciate the heads up in advance😉. Will be purchasing from again, probably sooner than I think!

Scam.
Quality is crap.
Return/refund policy is virtually non-existent. They continue to spend time coming up with reasons to not refund my money.

Great customer service

Great customer service, quick response times. I ordered a shirt and it was taking longer than I thought it should to arrive. I was about to reach out to the support team to check in, but they took it upon themselves to reach out first. They had seen that my package had gotten lost in the mail and they immediately sent out another one.

The site responded offering a replacement or refund. Just contact them. Yet provided NO contact information in the response. Previous contact was left unanswered.
BUYER BEWARE!
If I could leave less than a star I would. Ordered "Chunky knit sweater" it is not in fact even a sweater. It is a polyester shirt with printed graphic. Ugly and absolutely NOT what was advertised. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS SITE. Tried to contact. ZERO response. PATHETIC.
