I was SO excited for my sweatshirt from CowboyBay. Made a mistake when I input my shipping address so one day I got a missed call and text message from an unknown number, with a photo of my package with the incorrect address I’d put in online. Tried contacting the number but no reply. Saw on the online tracking that it was being taken back to “the warehouse”. Contacted CBB to correct the mistake and they told me to call my local post offices to find the package — except the tracking number they give you is not compatible with the USPS and they will not give you a physical address to aforementioned warehouse. Responded to CBB asking for a refund or change of address so delivery could be attempted again, they offered to send another one free of charge with the correct shipping location. Great! Except for that a few days later they email me again to say that actually, I should check my local post offices again, and if I can’t find it, they can send me a new one as long as I pay for the shipping. They market themselves as an all-American, patriotic brand but the customer service I’ve been emailing with for the last week doesn’t seem to be based in the US. Their items ship from China. I wish I had never given Cowboy Bay my money because the whole thing has been probably the worst experience I’ve had as far as online shopping goes and I feel like I’ve been scammed out of $60.

Great style, fantastic printing, dissapointing fabric
I was very happy with the design, price, quality of the printing, and accuracy of the description of these T-shirts. However, I was disappointed that the material shrank significantly after just one gentle cold wash. This has never happened to any of my other shirts before, which makes it all the more frustrating. While the shirts are otherwise great, the shrinkage issue has affected my overall satisfaction.

My husband LOVES the Guiness grey shirt!
My husband really likes the shirt! There wasn’t many reviews on this particular one when I purchased, but I figured I’d give it a shot. We love Guiness so it seemed fitting to buy a Guiness shirt, and when it came in I was VERY pleased with this product! Love the “weathered” color look, the texture is great, and we’ve already washed it 2-3 times and the color and lettering seem to stay which is great! Only thing is I thought it’d be a little bigger, as in oversized. My husband is 6’4, muscular, 190 lbs, and we ordered a medium and honestly it was a perfect fit! So if you’re going for a larger size, I’d say just order a size bigger. Great shirt though! Highly recommend.

First off, I loved the shirts they are a great fit and good quality. Sometimes, when I get large shirts online they tend to be too small, however your shirts were the perfect fit. The shipping was fast and the ordering process was convenient. I also think you guys do a great job of advertising your site. However, the one critic I have is that I thought that I received a lot of random spam emails from your website. Other than that, great job.

Love the design options!! We have so many shirts and hoodies from this brand and love them, but unfortunately a few of the prints on some of our recent t-shirts are peeling after only a few wears which is heartbreaking. Some prints are sturdier than others. Also, we weren’t able to track our last two orders until they arrived at our door. Still, worth it.
