T-shirts with short lifespan

We had no problems with shipping or delivery. We are not happy with the lifespan of the shirts. After the shirts were worn 4 times (and washed 4 times - yes, we followed the washing instructions) there appeared big holes in the armpit-area..... Unfortunately the t-shirts can't be worn anymore after only 4 times of wearing them in our normal life with our normal job and our normal arm/armpit movements......

Meowdy partner.. stick em up

Everyone (and I mean EVERYONE) comments on how much they love this shirt. The cats are SO CUTE. The shirt has a good thickness and feels to be a decent quality. The print is clear and witty. I bought this for my partner and your store is my new go-to. Very fast service also.

It's a mixed bag

I placed an order for 2 T-shirts about a month ago and couldn't use the tracking link provided. A couple of days ago, I received an email regarding the review of my recent purchase, even though I haven't received anything. It turned out that whoever delivered the parcel left it in the carport behind the bins instead of using the postbox on the 27th of December... At least the T-shirts are nice.

Fast delivery to NZ. T Shirt is superb. Cap great but my only issue is the branding/inscription is printed on. I thought it might have been embroidered.

Stuck order

after one month

after one month, it’s still not receiving confirmation email of them being shipped. I reached out to find out where my order is. They told me they had lost it and I requested a refund the very next day they sent me a tracking number saying that the shipping department found my package and it was shipped out the tracking number still too this date two weeks later is an invalid tracking number and still no refund

This company is terrible at shipping

This company is terrible at shipping out items, they will sending you tracking info eventually with no real updates. If you message them all you get is automated crap. It’s been since the 4th of December that I ordered items from them and still received nothing. Very disappointed with this company.

I ordered a tshirt on the 1st of…

I ordered a tshirt on the 1st of December and it still hasn’t arrived by 23rd December! Was meant to be a Christmas present and now when I email customer service I am getting the same automated reply telling me they can’t tell me when it will be delivered. They send me a tracking link that provides no information just says ‘stay tuned’ when I type in my tracking number.

I didn't not receive my package of 9…

I didn't not receive my package of 9 items worth over $200. Says it was delivered but I never received it instead recieved a strange package of tank tops that I never ordered. I tried to contact support multiple times and they have not helped me, instead they say "Ask your neighbors" or "Go to your local post office." And when I answer their questions they just repeat the questions again. I still have not gotten a refund. Total scam.

Dreadful customer service and completely ignore their own policies. The website clearly states you can cancel an order within 24 hours. I have been in contact with them within my 24 hours and they won’t allow cancellation
