Really great material washed T-shirts and baseball cap. Delivery wasn’t crazy long considering it came from the US to the UK and their customer service was quick and helpful. Would highly recommend for Brits that are country fans!!

2 same sweaters, one fits, one don’t
I’ve ordered 2 of the same sweaters of the same size, however one fits right (the grey one) and the other one (white) has such a strange model that I can’t ware it. I like the sweaters but this is disappointing…

I was so excited for my son to see the bday gift that I bought him. I also bought myself a t-shirt (because why not!!!). I was incredibly happy when I received the package. I’m a seamstress and know when something is well made and these 2 t-shirts and ball cap were no exception! Very high quality products. I will definitely be purchasing from Cowboybay again! This delivery took a long time and then I received an emailed confirmation that it had been delivered but it wasn’t. I reached out to the company to ask that they reship or refund it and they wouldn’t. Finally, we realized that it had been delivered to the wrong building in my neighbor’s box but when I opened it the product did not look like it did online. I emailed them to advise and they won’t provide me with the return address. Their customer service is absolutely terrible and the products do not match their online images.
Update: Cowboy bay, I had already emailed you several times requesting the address to return the item and was first asked for pictures of the item even though it had just been delivered and I was within the return policy. After I sent them and requested the return address again I received a response offering 20% off the item. I replied again requesting the return address and again, was not provided with the address but an offer for 50% off. I responded AGAIN asking for the return address and you responded offering to refund the item and said I didn’t have to return it but asked that I respond to the email. When I did I got yet another emailed asking me to send a photo of the item like I had initially.

3 shirts, quick shipping, great quality
Ordered 3 shirts from them, arrived within 2 weeks. Shirt quality was great, not thin material, prints were well done with good color to them and sizing was accurate. I do plan on ordering from them again, had zero issues. Tracking worked just fine, is a different website than usual but still was up to date with where my package was.

So impressed!! I was expecting the shipping to take for forever but it was actually very quick! Only took about a week. I have a PO box and the company even emailed me to let me know that it was at the post office and to collect it so that it wouldn't get returned to them. Sure enough it was there and the tshirts are adorable and exactly as they appear on the website. I will say they seem a little over priced given that they are just basic tshirts with funny prints on them but overall very impressed.
