Without Chris and his team we would never have found our mortgage ourselves. Chris and Kat were always on hand to answer our questions and give us advice whenever we needed it promptly and with a very friendly and personable manner. Wouldn’t go anywhere else in future, highly recommend CRC Mortgages.

CRC morgages were recommended to us by a close friend. Initial morgage application was quick and easy. The process was explained to us step by step. Due to our buyers solicitors dragging their feet our mortgage offer nearly ran out so we had to ask for an extension. We rang kat panicking! Luckily she was calm and reassured us she would put Chris on the case. Thankfully we got our extension and moved in 5 days before our offer ran out. Thanks for all your help guys! We'll be back to renew in a couple of years.

Our home buying process began over two years ago which is when we first got in touch with Chris as we were looking to sell our home & buy another.

We had a number of issues with a few different properties a long the way and Chris has been nothing but supportive. Even whilst we continued to look, he sorted our mortgage deal for our existing mortgage.

Chris & Kat have both been very responsive and always available to help with any queries we had. Not only have they both been extremely patience with us, but also very professional.

We are now finally in our new home thanks to Chris.
