Process was very easy. All the people I interacted with were extremely helpful. They walked me straight through the process and explained each step along the way.

My experience with Credit Direct was terrific. I still can’t believe I was able to borrow $12,000 with one phone call. David, who helped me with the process was very professional and guided me through the process. Easy Peezy. I would highly recommend David and Credit Direct to anyone trying to obtain a loan.

He made sure that I was well taken care of and made the process in obtaining the loan very easy.

I wasted my time. I applied for 9500 loan and only got approved for 5000 with very high interest rate … Make sure of your decision before you apply with this company.. And remember they pull a credit inquiry on your report which lowers your credit score.. shopper beeare!!!!

I cannot seem to get a response. I completed the information on line 2 weeks ago, with email and phone information. No response. So I used their contact page after almost a week, and politely asked about status and/or ETA of contact. Still no response. I'm puzzled.

Thank you for your reply Credit Direct! I spoke to someone today, who also said they have no record, Yet I checked the IP address, and I.have a reply after I submitted that says:

Matt Williams, the representative who serviced my inquiry was patient with my questions and answered them directly, precisely, concisely and without hesitation or delay. He did not try to advance his loan services ahead of my fact gathering. He did not attempt to garner a loan through rush tactics or making my questions invalid or irrelevant.
I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of speaking with Matt. I wish that most other people who answer the telephone for their company represent themselves and their Company as well as Matt Williams.

When I reached out to Credit Direct, Ed was super helpful with finding the right loan. The list of options was exhaustive; I had a good idea about what I wanted & needed, and Ed helped me narrow it down to the best two options. He didn't push a product, he listened to my needs and followed through to make sure the process was smooth.

Loan being approved within three working day

The representative was very knowledgeable friendly and honest. She gave me many options. She explained each options. She call daily to check on me until loan was deposited into my account. She followed up on loan that I was approved for.
