God knows why they've called me
These Cowboys rang me this morning and left a message saying they are sorry they missed me, I have no debts I don't own my own home and I have a perfect credit score on Experian and no accounts that I don't know about. I've tried emailing them but you can't complete the contact form without an account number that I don't have because I don't owe any money to anyone, to say they have annoyed me would be an understatement as I don't want to be taken to court for monies I don't owe and have never been sent any correspondence about, shouldn't be allowed if they have a genuine claim it should be out in writing not cold calling me on a Saturday morning leaving me confused by the whole situation, bunch of Cowboys
If i can score them zero i would
If i can score them zero i would, this business must be running a scam, they dont answer the phone and dont respond to 20 messages, the money is disputed and i think they ignore people so they look like they get debts paid or give them an excuse to escalate they should be shut down
If I could mark then a zero I would
If I could mark then a zero I would. I don't even know if they are a scam or not. They say I owe money related to an energy company that went bust but the information they sent us was totally inaccurate including the original account number, and what they said I owed. The quality of their first communication immediately went into the offensive stating that I could go to court if I ignore. So we sent them a letter and we never got no response. We tried to call many times but no one answers. We also get alarming text messages but they never phone to try to talk. Then they put on to a Law company which actually is part of their company anyway. We asked British Gas about this and they suggested that we ignore them as it doesn't sound real. I don't trust them and I don't want to be scammed if I provide more contact details than they already have.

The company doesn't respect any customers. I rang them 5 times , send them 3 letters , and 3 emails. When I managed to call them they said that they don't have any communication from me. Shocking , unprofessional behavior for company regulated by Credit Services Association and Financial Conduct Authority

Shame I can't give no stars they don't answer or return calls they say I owe money to Elavon but Elavon don't reply to emails to say why I owe this money
This is the most incompetent company I…
This is the most incompetent company I have ever experienced. They contacted me claiming I owed simplicity energy in administration £233 my last bill from simplicity said I owed £83 spent hours trying to contact them when I eventually got through found out they deliberately changed my address to avoid me being able to contact them. Send documents showing what I owed paid the £83. Now started chasing for the £150 again claim they have never heard of me so here we go again this time I am charging my time and am going to chase it through the small claims court. I am going to use the directors listed personal address's to give them some of the grief they have given me.
Not scammers
Not scammers; but very hard to contact. They buy debts; in my case, it was to an electricity company that had gone bust with an outstanding disputed bill to me. I was advised by the company that took over my supply that, although that bill had been excessive [showing usage I reached months after they went down] I'd be better off to pay it rather than buying those months of power at the new company's higher rate. I couldn't get hold of the bust company, and Credit Style appeared - with alarming messages by text and post. I spent a long time leaving all kinds of messages, with no response. I was alarmed and annoyed. Eventually Credit Style called me and I explained my problems with their terrible systems. Everyone I have spoken to has been great, helpful, exemplary. I arranged a payment schedule, and when Saul called today for the second instalment he asked me at length if I was sure I could afford it (standard, but I believe these people care) and then suggested a reduction if I could pay it all now (as I flatly refused to use their website). It was a decent offer, and I did it.

Credit Style Limited are usually acting for recover agencies like Debt Recovery Plus - but it's a revolving door of the same directors. They are also listed in a dodgy film scheme which is basically (Big Screen Productions/Waterloo Film Partners 1+2) a tax dodge.

They said to me “You’ve dropped your gay card”, and charged me £150 - would give it 0 stars if I could

Wow,i was struggling paying back a bounce back loan with Barclays. Also struggling with mental health. They contacted me having passed on the debt from barclays who were useless i might add. Ive spoke to 3 of there super visors now. Emma, Ryan and Aiden. What amazing people and so helpfull. They made me feel so much better and were so sympathetic. More concerned about make things work for me and my family than drainimg any money i have. Thank you so much
vile scammers - chased me for money i did not owe
Kept chasing me for money when bill had been paid, left messages but only got more threatening emails and letters
Tried talking to them but did not want to hear what I had to say about bill has been paid

Received a letter from Credit Style…
Received a letter from Credit Style claiming I owe £60 to Auxillis Limited that I have never heard of and never used. I sent a message to Auxillis Limited asking to confirm if the claim is true or not. I will not waste my time talking to Credit Style as I suspect 100% they are a fraudulent scamming company. Sadly many elderly and vulnerable people will fall for their lies and evidently lose money. Why this company is still trading is beyond me.I have reported this to Action Fraud Police.
Disgusting
Absolute joke of a company after ringing numerous times leaving 3 voicemails and emails I finally got through to a completely rude advisor who told me I hadn’t left 3 voicemails only the last voicemail was logged and now gave a ccj slapped against me because I couldn’t get hold of anyone 🤬
Call Trading Standards
Call Trading Standards - they will help you sort this out! Keep all of the evidence and ask Creditstyle for an Subject Access Request everytime - they will have to send you transcripts of the calls and contact - use this to take to Trading Standards - DO IT!! Do not let them get away with it. Citizens Advice will also help!
Parasites.
Chasing me for money I don't owe on behalf of a business I don't use and haven't used in over 8 months. The company in question is Elavon, who are also a bunch of con artists. No bill from Elavon has ever been sent requesting this money. So no idea why they have set the debt collectors on me. You need to go back to Elavon and sort out their incompetence.
Impossible to get through on the phone
Impossible to get through on the phone. Very unprofessional as they don’t even have a contact number on the letters.
If I could zero stars I would
If I could zero stars I would. This has to be the most shocking company I have ever dealt with. Refused to answer any of my questions about why I have been sent an unpaid debt of a parking fine I know nothing about!!!!!!! I thought the first letter was just a scam so I ignored and finally called after the first letter. He was rudest man I’ve ever came across in my life and hung the phone up on me without any help or explanation. Absolute money grabbing crooks. Sadly I never got the name of the awfully rude man as he hung up on me before I could get an explanation.

Still receiving letters (4th Letter)from this company about a debt I know absolutely NOTHING about (Simplicity Energy)
I have spoken to your desk twice now explaining this as NOTHING to do with us and they have said it looks ok and no other action will be taken
I was with Iresa Energy till they went bust and am still with the company Octopus who took over.
So please please sort out your database
