No response to my emails. I returned the cushion I ordered and I know they have received it but no email even to confirm my return and let me know when I will receive my refund.

I received an email on Friday saying my item had been sent. I have not received my item and have no way of tracking my item through your email you sent me. I don’t ever know which delivery company are delivering my item. I have tried calling your company today but went straight to voicemail. I have never used your company before and I very concerned and very unlikely to use again. I will try calling again tomorrow to resolve this issue.

Thrilled with my welligogs purchase from Crofton and hall, well packaged delivered on time and kept informed about my delivery even got 10% off which was a lovely surprise, certainly be shopping with them from now on

Paid for order, never received ‘order dispatched email’ so never posted order, wouldn’t reply to my email about order, wouldn’t reply to my Instagram DM about my order.

It’s now been 2 and a half weeks since I placed my order, it’s Christmas Eve and I still haven’t got my order which was a present for my father.

The least they could do is reply to emails or messages to keep their customers updated with what’s going on.

I’ll be requesting a full refund very soon... if I can actually get them to respond to that request.

Don’t buy from these guys.

Order was made on 6 December. Still waiting for delivery on 16 December. The website says "shipped". I am not sure what that means. Customer services are on it so hopefully will be resolved.
