Fabulous service - super swift delivery.

I ordered the most beautiful coat. It arrived very quickly and was in perfect condition. The quality of the fabric is really nice and the details are lovely. I was also impressed by the quality of customer service.

I returned the jacket to you and you acknowledged receipt saying the refund had been activated 8/10/20. This refund of £247.50 has not been made to my PayPal account and you need to sort this out or I will be taking legal advice. This has gone on far too long. Amazing how you can contact me via Trustpilot but not answer your emails, phone or Facebook.

Placed an order on 30th September, recieved conformation email and shipping confirmation on 2nd October, when viewing my order status on the website it says "Your order is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready." It is now 27th NOVEMBER and still no sign of my order or a refund, despite multiple unanswered phone calls, emails and Facebook messages!!! They were quite happy to take my money however 🤬

OK, so I got it wrong, but it wasn’t my fault.
I sent a small order to CH last week. They acknowledged the order, and took the money. No delivery date was given and, as it was a present for someone, I was a bit anxious to receive the order. Tried to contact them, not possible, internet blocked and
telephone not answered. I then found the Trustpilot reviews, and thought I’d been scammed. Not wishing to delay, I sent a letter only yesterday advising that I would commence legal proceedings in I4 days if I didn’t receive the goods or a refund. I don’t hesitate in cases such as this, even if it’s only a small amount, as this was. They won’t have received the letter yet, and just 10 minutes ago, the order arrived!!!
I don’t know what they are playing at, but if all the reviews are correct, they are doing themselves no favours behaving like this.
I would like to be able to apologise to CH, but I won’t,
as it wasn’t my fault. However, I am prepared to say,
“Harry, have a great day.”

The wrong item was sent out. It was received 6 days ago. I have sent two emails asking for this to be resolved and no one has contacted me. Terrible service. This is the risk you take buying online and trying to support independent business rather than buying from Amazon!

Appalling service debited my account I paid for next day delivery tracking told me my order had been shipped tried to contact via email and phone no response the order was for a birthday gift four days later I was contacted eventually to inform me my order was out of stock no apology

writing this over three weeks from ordering and no sign of my purchase. They do not answer the phone or reply to e-mails. I note the dreadful Trust Pilot reviews and can only add another awful one to the list. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. If they are a genuine business at all not a scam then they are useless.

This is the first time in my life that I have felt the victim of fraud. I bought a pair of boots but when they arrived, they were not the same as the picture. I returned them, requesting a refund. I have Royal Mail proof that they returned and in fact the said boots are back on the website for sale. For weeks, I have been sending polite emails asking for an update on my refund. The company has now blocked my emails. The fact that someone running this company seems to think it is acceptable to deliberately steal money from a customer is shocking. Having read other reviews, it would appear that this behaviour is company practice. I can't help but wonder what the other shop owners in the lovely Lake District town think of the rogue trader in their midst. Please don't fall victim to this type of crime. DO NOT buy from Crofton and Hall.

Lovely items of clothing listed on their website. However actual customer service (online) not very good. Ordered 4 items of clothing....2 pair of trousers, 1 musto jumper and a crombie overcoat...all shown as in stock. Was informed after 6 days that crombie coat actually wasn't available and a refund had been authorised....still waiting for this and the value was £895.00. They were very quick to take money from account, not so quick to put it back. Trousers delivered as promised but jumper not included as promised to be sent with delivery. 8 days later and I have had no update on the availability of the jumper and doubt it ever was in stock.

I have persistently emailed and rang them for an update . Received one reply after 4 days which still didn't put me in an informed position but told me that jumper was being sourced. Still not received jumper and had no update on order progress.

Shall not be using them again.

Sorry guys.....you need to update website and get your house in order.

My rating is because I placed my order which was accepted and payment taken only for me to be informed a few days later that the product was out of stock. I was offered an orange or brown version of the coat I ordered but having ordered a cobalt blue coat initially, no surprise that the offer was not accepted. I have received a refund which arrived quicker than indicated - thank goodness, as I felt that 10-14 days it to arrive in my bank account was unacceptable. I will not be ordering from this company again as I may end up being disappointed as their website is an unreliable indication of stock levels!!!
