Had a terrible customer experience with Crofton & Hall. I placed an order in early December 2019 for a pair of boots and received an email stating the boots have been dispatched for delivery without a tracking number. I sent several email messages along with leaving voice mail messages requesting the tracking number and never received a response. I had to eventually open a PayPal claim in order to get my money back as the boots never arrived. Avoid doing business with Crofton & Hall as Customer Service isn’t their strong suit!

Wrong item. No communication. Terrible service.
Sent completely wrong shirt in damaged packaging. Contacted on website and email but no replies. Returned item and had to open PayPal dispute to get refunded. Poor service and would avoid.

I am having a terrible experience with this company, the order was placed on 16th November, still has not arrived. I have been calling and emailing numerous time since Monday and no reply to any of me messages. The reviews looked good but went onto Trust pilot which shows a different story.
I am now starting to think this company does not exist!!!!

Re WEB788: Worst Shopping Experience EVER!
Re. Order WEB788.
I ordered 2 jackets from the online store. Both jackets were advertised as being in stock at the point of sale. However, I have since only received 1 of the jackets in the post. But on the website, both jackets are marked as 'dispatched'.
I have been trying to contact the store over the last week to resolve the issue; I emailed them twice on 12/10 and again on 15/10 to both addresses (sales@croftonandhall & customerservice@croftonandhall). I called them (01524587639) on 10/10, 11/10, 15/10 (left a voice message), 17/10, 18/10 (left another voice message), and again this morning 19/10. There was no answer. I filled in their online web form on 15/10 which advises that a response would be received within 24hrs... STILL NOTHING! I even took to tweeting them today... I won't hold my breath for a response...
I'm currently £199 out of pocket and I'm worried about returning the one jacket they sent to me because I imagine they will accept the returned item, but not respond or refund the money, which would mean that I'd be £398 out of pocket.
This is absolutely the worst online shopping experience I've had in recent history. AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU CAN!
I think it's reasonable at this stage for me to call them THIEVES!
