The follow-up of Chrystal Clear in Grand Prairie, Texas is phenomenal. Today Josh evaluated my system a year after I bought it and he was courteous, thorough, a great educator of the system and the process he was going to do as well as while he was performing the maintenance. I appreciate Technicians who take the time to do these things. That is why I bought from Chrystal Clear and will recommend the company and Josh to anyone who asks.

Josh, doing a excellent job maintenance on my system and was very knowledgeable on the job he’s done.

I was very grateful that Tim was extremely informative and instead of your normal sales pitch (which I loathe) he educated me on the importance of clean water. I knew that I wanted clean water however I had no idea how dirty and harmful the city water could be over time. At the end of the day I want to protect my family, my investment (my home) and our health.

Preston and Ray were very courteous and worked quickly during the installation process. I am beyond excited knowing that my family and I will be able to enjoy clean water and the many benefits it provides.

What can I say about Crystal Clear.....you guys ROCK!!!!!
Brock the water tester examined and explained clearly what my city water was doing to me physically and mentally to my body and mind.

My guys Garland and Ray who showed to put my system in this morning worked tediously in the cold. They took their time and did it right, showed me how to operate my new water system, and explained everything CRYSTAL CLEAR!!!! GARLAND AND RAY WERE GREAT!!!!

Fast installation. They were all done in a couple of hours and managed to keep my lawn in tact. No damage to my flower bed :) so far impressed with their service.

Josh Boushee was my service tech today. He was very helpful and a joy to work with. Thx Josh for explaining everything and answering all my questions clearly.

The men that showed up to my house were very professional and friendly. They showed us how to work the system and were to add the salt. They were very careful when having to drill into one of the plugs in my living room and the process was very clean. All the men were very friendly and were not afraid of my dogs.

First off finding out how bad Arlington water is, was quite scary to say the least! Tim was very courteous and professional during the water testing and answered all my questions. Looking forward to many years of CLEAN water. Joshua was kind and considerate in taking care to make sure I was satisfied with the landscaping work and he did a wonderful job. Thank you Josh and Preston for all your hard work in taking such good care of me during the installation of the water system. You have a great team of individuals at Crystal Clear. I'm glad today12/13/2018 at 7am, David and Mason came to my house and give more dails about the filter and the salt bin how effectively works and re tested my water, definitely was happy water was purely blue and I had two more extra bag of salt. Thank you guys.

Awesome experience. Josh and Elderidge are very polite and professional. They made sure we were happy through the entire install from beginning to end.

Josh came over and was able to fix my purifier within just a few minutes. Very courteous and professional, highly recommend him for all your service needs!!

Josh came by to take care of the landscape and did a fantastic job. He was also here to do the water testing to make sure we are still getting clean water and noticed a part was not functioning correctly. He fix the part and made sure everything was good. Thank you Josh for taking such good care of the landscaping work and also fixing the malfunctioning part.

Clayton, Chris and Ray were awesome! They got our whole house system installed in about 4 hours. They were very courteous and helpful amd respectful. I'm so excited to finally have soft water for our family!
