Jason came out to do the testing and it was very interesting and informing. I purchased the system and Preston and Derian came out to install it the very same day as the testing was done. They were great and worked with me to find a way to install the system in my garage rather than out in the back yard where they initially thought they would have to. I was totally satisfied with their hard work and I am enjoying having clean water.

Josh was very quick and efficient. He answered all questions with smart educated answers. I had great confidense in his services.

Josh came out to run some tests to make sure our system was running correctly. He was very timely and delightful to deal with. He made my us feel like he cared about our concerns and he was very willing to explain and answer all questions. Josh was great!!!

Eldridge and Josh from Crystal Clear were very friends and helpfully They were able to explain each step and they answer every question. I do recommend Crystal Clear to everyone. My family was able to taste and feel the difference of my house water after installing Crystal Clear.

Josh Boushee, came out today to do my landscaping from my install. He did an excellent job. The part he did looks better than my yard when I bought my house. He was very professional, and I almost had to beg him to take some cold water for a little break.

Josh, Eldridge and Josiah did a great job for me. They uninstalled my water purifier at my old house and reinstalled in the new house. The unit and salt tank are in the back of my garage which is great. They even trenched and Added piping to get the water to where it needed to go. My water test resulted in clean water. I am thrilled with the work that Josh, Eldridge and Josiah did!

Josh, Bobby, Josiah & Eldridge worked their butts off to get my yard back in shape after extensive trenching to install my water system. We appreciate all their hard work. Thanks,

We have a tiered rock sculptured yard and they left everything just the way it was. They answered every question we had and were very diligent that everything was perfect!!!

Josh and Josiah really did a great job taking care of me they are hard workers man! And they explained the whole thing to me and they even landscape when they are done!!! Man these guys are awesome really makes me feel comfortable with this big purchase.

Excellent job of professionalism and knowledge from beginning to end..!! Beginning with the water testing and the very detailed explanation by Kevin the CCC team was awesome. Installation was very clean and Dave and Mason walked me through what was going to take place prior to any work beginning. Once completed they again walked me step-by-step in operation of the unit and required service/maintenance. Great job CCC team, looking forward to seeing the results of CLEAN WATER..!!

The install team did a great job! Did a clean install. Took a little while longer with a new system. Salesman (Johnathan) was very personable and had a great presentation. He didn’t give a reasonable expectation on install time (said it would take 15 minutes and took 2+ hours). Also, the salesman didn’t explain that there’d be 3 big filters in the garage. Overall very pleased

Honestly couldn't have had a better experience with anyone else! We had two gentlemen by the name of Preston and Darrien come out and install our crystal clear water unit, and they did so with such pride and respect for their company and our home. We our a proud family of good clean water in respect to the sales man and the two gentalmen that came out, they could not have made us more happy with the sale and install!!

I was very pleased with Crystal Clear Concepts's work! Josh, Josiah, and Elderidge worked until 7:00 PM and came back at 7:00 AM, but they offered to stay late just to get the job the night of done. This team will go out of their way to make a customer happy.
