I would recommend Crystal Clear Concepts to anyone concerned about their health and wellness. It is a game changer. The representative was very informative. The installers Clayton and Chris were on time and friendly and very informative. They performed testing to make sure everything was ok before leaving. They were great!

The installation crew, Clayton, Chris, and Carlos, were great! They worked efficiently together and finished way faster than I expected. Answered all my questions and provided great service. All three are very professional and knew what they were doing.

We were impressed with the Westinghouse clean water system presentation, and the great deal offered with the 5 years of pure cleaning products with essential oils. My wife and I have been talking about a clean water system for quite some time, with the hard water at our home, and the deal they presented to us finally made it a reality to have clean soft water for all of our household water needs. Clayton and Chris showed up within the appointed time for installation, and were professional and courteous. We're happy to do business with this Christian corporation.

Chris and Preston were fantastic. They were professional, efficient, very personable, nice guys!!! Recommend they highly!!

System works great. The water in my city has a very heavy chlorine smell and taste, however that's been resolved with the water softener installed by Crystal Clear Concepts.

Josh Boushee came out for a service call and initiated the 6 month cleaning process to clear anything that may be in the filter. He was friendly and quickly completed the tasks necessary.

Kyle and his team provided excellent customer service and installation. I am very please and excited to have clean water in my home for my family.

Josh did an amazing job! He was on time, nice, and efficient. This company has had great customer service and would recommend them.

On 11-7-18 at 10:30 a.m. Ray and Mason from Crystal Clear arrived to install new water system. They were very courteous, informative and answered what questions I had. After two hours the system was up and going. Mason told my sons and I how the system works and what to do with maintenance with the salt etc. They did wonderful job on the installation. I look forward living healthy.

Tim came to my house and did the water test. He was very knowledgeable and very well informed on the merchandise. I made the purchase and very happy that I did. I am very pleased with how my water taste and best of all do not have that sticky feeling when I get out of the shower. I would recommend if ithere is anyway possible purchase this system.

Garland and Chris are kind and polite and very knowledgeable about the Westinghouse water/softener system

Josh was awesome! He came out and checked everything out. He was personable and walked us through everything. He also filled up our salt and really put in the extra effort to make us happy.

I was very impressed with the installation crew. I have very rocky soil and they dug right through it. You can hardly tell where they dug. They are highly efficient and explained every stupid question I asked very thoroughly. Thanks guys!

Clayton, Chris and Kane are here installing our system. They explained everything, and did a great job. I was very impressed with the fact that they used tarps as they dug up the water line, and cleaned up everything. Great guys, and we are very happy with their great customer service!

Josh dropped by to do a followup water check. He found that everything is running as it should. Our water is clean and as good as it's supposed to be. He informed me of a program that is provided for maintenance. He gave me a free bag of salt for filling out the survey.

We have been very pleased with our water filtration system and have really enjoyed having the maintenance program to make sure the system is running as it should. Having someone service the system takes the guess work out and I feel very confident with Josh Boushee’s knowledge and expertise.

My water tester Paul was very informative and personable. Then I had 3 amazing installers: Josh, Darian, and Preston. These guys came out the same day installed the system and were so professional and nice they did a great job and left things nice and clean. Great experience!!!

Josh is very professional. Works very hard. Very nice personality wise. Clayton works hard too. Preston is a good worker also. All very mannerly yes ma’am and can we help you with anything? They are the kind of people you need for work.
