We ordered a wall cupboard with locking doors for what was advertised as a '10 file cupboard'. After fitting to the wall and placing lever arch files in cabinet, it would only take 8 files as the door would not close if 10 were placed inside. (the lock on the left hand door is in the way). A very bad design fault which the company should address.

When I placed the order it stated that delivery would be 3 working days. It arrived after 3 weeks! Not great and although the lady I dealt with was lovely, and always said she would get back to me with answers, it was always me who had to chase for those answers as they were never forthcoming.

Had to contact them regarding payment but were very helpful. Delivered within a couple of day. Would highly recommend.

Excelllent service. I telephoned 3 days before the School finished for the summer break and I needed to have the laptop trolley delivered before 3 PM on the last day. Sean managed to exceed my expectations and the laptop trolley was delivered by 9.30am on our last day of term. With no extra charge.

Very happy with early delivery and the fact they are exactly the same as our existing cupboards, as requested.

This company over the last five years has supplied us with 6 x Stainless steel cupboards. They've always been accommodating and offer great customer services.
We were short on a few metal links to secure the shelving and they instantly mailed them.

Good product but no information about durability when used outside in the garden on a permanent basis.
The product looks ok for use outside but not for prolonged outdoor use.
Information about this would be very useful.
If varnishing will make it last longer and look better for longer, then make this clear please.

Came later than the expected delivery date, rude delivery driver. I wasn't going to write this as sometimes things are late but the driver was rude so I think that it's just not good enough. Shaun was so helpful when ordering, it's a shame that the delivery service let the service down.
