We have used Currencies 4 You ltd for many years now and they have only ever given us a professional secure service in all that time. I have gone so far as to recommend them to other companies we do business with, and would not hesitate from recommending them again!

Be careful - this company lost my funds during transfer - and although confirmed that they were sent to the correct account have so far (7 weeks later) been unable to locate my money. They remain radio silence and only reply when I chase them …and then usually after 48 hours, …and then send it after 5 pm .. which means it’s another day goes by before I can follow it up. Despite originally offering to refund me in full and asking for my bank account details - they then changed their mind and decided that I must wait their response time decreed by the FSA … so if you willing to take a chance on getting you money to the chosen beneficiary- and or are prepared to wait two months plus their statutory complaints procedure response time without any guarantees- GO AHEAD AND USE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSFER YOUR HARD EARNED FUNDS

Interestingly after seeing your reply I expected some action by your Senior Management Team, however... nothing.
Please feel free to publicly note what other options which you suggest were offered, which have been declined... because if you are intimating that I have received options- I certainly have not?

Great advice on currency volatility and when it is best to buy dollars. I would highly recommend Currencies 4 You for dealing with any deals that you have to make. Mo was great and very competent. 5 stars all round.

What part of i am not interested do you not understand. I keep getting regular cold calls from this company. last one from Muhammed today. They just expect you to drop everything to talk to them. More professional approach would be for them to email firstly to see if one is interested. Too many of this companies around

I had to convert dollars held in the US to UK£ and transfer to my UK account. I received first class service from Jason. He walked me through every step of the way. All done quickly and efficiently

Used this service and Prem was the agent who dealt with our account. Service was excellent and talked us through the whole process with professionalism.
Nothing was too much trouble and was great throughout.

As a new user, I have tried Currencies4you for 2 transactions on behalf of a UK registered charity. I have a dedicated account manager so that's just awesome. I must say I found my manager incredibly patient, knowledgeable, professional and always there for me to call on.
They have a web interface for self help with international transfers that works really well. On occasions when their due diligence team need to be consulted they are always prompt with their responses. Last but not least their total effective cost per transaction for me worked out to around 0.3% from mid market price. That too is extremely competitive! Could not ask for more!!
