I whole heartedly recommend Currencies 4 You. We’ve been transferring large sums of money to our bank in Portugal from the US for a property purchase there in Portugal. Had never used a service before. Prem made this entire experience seamless and simple and allayed whatever fears we had. And great conversion rates also! So glad we found them.

I was working with another agency who did help me with a funds transfer for a property purchase in Portugal but service was slow and the rate which they gave me for the first transfer was, I later learned, quite a bit higher. Later, I found that the residual funds were not in my account and I had to follow-up to find them. I was referred to Currencies4You by my buyer's agent. They had my account set up nearly overnight. When I switched to try them out for the transfer of my final payment, Shyam was so helpful, very quick to respond to every inquiry, and VERY transparent which the other company was not. Shyam took the time to walk me through how to use the account so I could see the rates (the other company never gave me access - they had to tell me the rates - so I never trusted them). The transfer went without a hitch - so quick and easy. In one call I learned everything I wanted to know about how to navigate the currency exchange landscape, which is all new to me! Once the funds reached my account and were converted, Jessie was also incredibly helpful in helping me transfer the funds onward, showing me how to do that once the exchange took place. I felt very empowered and in control and I also know I can call them for advice on currency trends whenever needed. I will continue to use them going forward for regular transfers. I highly recommend them.

Shyam, Niclas and the currency for you team were fantastic. They are amazingly knowledgeable and make what seems like a somewhat intimidating process very simple. I purchased a home in Italy (I am American) and they walked me through the whole process and told me exactly when they thought it was best to make the transfer. I will be using them again for any such matters.
