Customer support at its best!
I had some doubts about the cord I’ve ordered first so I’ve reached the customer support and manager Kaya was very polite and thorough answering my questions about the product. I then decided to cancel my initial order and buy a different cord and Kaya was again very helpful. Money has returned and the new order was delivered in time. Customer client-oriented support at its best!

Custom Cans Grado upgrade transforms headphones!s
Grado send in service to substitute the Grado hawser cable for 3.5 mm sockets and Litz cable was very efficient and completely transformed both theheadphones I sent in (gs3000x and gs1000e). Work was very neat and totally professional. Interaction with Custom Cans staff friendly and useful. Former purchases of customised cables were excellent in every way.

All in all a good purchase.
The custom grids are good and the sound improves a little. Also the cans look better in my opinion. Not so easy tò install them, a detailed mounting scheme should be provided in the package, but its not. Nonetheless I am satisfied with the purchase.

Affordable High Quality Products, Amazing Service
Impressed by how custom and yet affordable these mod kits are. Made my HD6XXs sound amazing. Even though had issues with the stickers that came with the pack, customer support was extremely quick and kind to send me another set just to make it right. If I ever feel like modding a new headphone in the future, I'm definitely going to buy from here again!
