GL16 OAW Mercedes GLC - RIPPED OFF! One star is far too many for these low life scum! We were previous customers of CVF and they arranged the finance on our first car car with them, which we part exchanged with them. Since we got our first car with CVF, we have also referred a friend and our future daughter in law also got a car from CVF….So we decided to use them again and part exchanged again (traded in GL16 OAW) only this time CVF ain’t settling finance for their customers! You only need to read the reviews and do a bit of research to find out CVF are no more…..Facebook page gone, website has no cars, Autotrader ads has no cars and none of their phone numbers work. Enough is enough. Go to Facebook and search WERE YOU RIPPED OFF BY CVF GROUP ROCHDALE. I have spoken to quite a few people over the last few weeks and have set up this group to put us all together, so that we may be able to help each other out

This year june 2022 I bought by cash from CVF group the Rolls Royce Wraith, but I just find your CVF group change the car plate number do the refinance again with my car. I hope CVF can help me solve the problems please settle refinance amount as soon as possible for me. If not I bring this case to the court.

Just a update from my previous review back in January about Cvf group, so these cowboys have now changed premises and name, they now trade as Gotham prestige hire!!!!Please be aware everyone they have now done this to 10 people I know of and left 200k worth of debt in the process by not paying of outstanding finance 🤬🤬🤬🤬. My car reg was FE17 EVF!!!

WARNING STAY WELL WELL CLEAR

I purchased my vehicle on 5th April 2022.After one week of purchasing my vehicle a very loud knocking noise was coming from the front of the car,
I informed DAVE WARD via email and a phone call and he told me he would find a local garage for the car to be inspected.
After a couple of weeks DAVE WARD then told me to find my own local garage for the car to be looked at.
I took my car to my local garage and paid for the car to be inspected for the faults.
i then emailed DAVE WARD with the parts required which were new front brake discs, pads and new suspension arms, DAVE WARD told me he would order the parts from his supplier, he also advised me to get my local garage to fix the vehicle and then invoice CVF for the labour once the car was fixed.
After several emails and over 30 phone calls and lots of excuses i finally received the parts, this took 5 weeks for the parts to arrive when we all know you can get next day delivery.
once the car was fixed i sent DAVE WARD an email thanking him for the parts and that i had attached the invoice for the labour. 9 weeks later i have still not been paid, i have sent several emails and rang the office well over 100 times, When i have actually managed to speak to someone it has been the receptionist who always tells me DAVE WARD is either to busy to speak to me or he is on holiday.
The lies i keep being told from the reception lady and DAVE WARD are unbelievable.(Yes jason we have received your invoice and it is with our accounts department, oh really we thought you had already been paid)....It has now been nearly 10 weeks since i sent DAVE WARD the invoice, i have called well over 100 times sent emails and nobody responds or now answers my calls.
I have also sent 2 letters via recorded delivery to DAVE WARD which have been signed for but i still have not had a response.
Buying a car is supposed to be an exiting time but this has turned in to the worst nightmare and stressful few months.
I sent a letter via recorded delivery warning them to pay the agreed invoice otherwise i would go down the legal route.
I HAVE NOW STARTED COURT PROCEEDINGS
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY TRUST ME YOU WILL BE VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED AND LET DOWN.

Let's now see if DAVE WARD has actually got the time to respond to my review (i doubt it very much)

BE WARNED PEOPLE AND MAKE SURE YOU DO YOUR RESEARCH ON THIS COMPANY AND READ ALL THE REVIEWS BEFORE FALLING IN TO THIER TRAP AS I DID....

Service is excellent and very easy phil was so helpful and was a pleasure to deal with will definitely be using cvf again

I am in shock how unprofessional CVF GROUP is,everything was agreed by manger Dave for payment of a key for SQ7 I purchased oct 2021…

I’ve Being messed about something silly going back & forward, sent many emails called everyday still no result
I was promised by Phil at sales he will look in to this matter, again noting done, Britney at reception came up with 101 stories still nothing done, last I was told Dave will call me & that’s was 2weeks ago CVF GROUP stopped answering my calls.

Dave the manger agreed to pay for the second key in oct 202, please don’t come back & say it’s company policy, I have all the evidence I’m emails.

Dealt with Phil on a new purchase from start to finish. Was very professional and prompt sorting out an awkward finance application and from then on was very informative and dealt with any questions I had. Delivery date was confirmed and the car was delivered on time in perfect condition. Would highly recommend.

DO NOT trade with this garage

And definitely don’t trade a car in unless you want months of chasing them to sort settlement, all the while being charged the monthly payments on a car you no longer have, being told lie after lie that it will be sorted and the payments money will be refunded back to you and settlement will be sorted by the end of the day 🤣 they ignore emails and don’t answer the phone so I’ll now be taking this place to court to claim the money back!

Do yourselves a huge favour and go elsewhere

This is my 3rd car I have had from CVF! Always have amazing cars in at a high standard, my only advice would be that the cars are prepped for sale as soon as there in rather than after sale so that the excited buyer can have their car asap. I really cannot complain though the customer service is second to none & the staff are so friendly!

Absolute shambles of a company, have to laugh at there audacity, honest people trade cars in on good faith that they will sort there end out settling finance obviously isn’t there strong point … traded a car in the end of February… still waiting on the car being settled while being charged every month and to add insult to injury the car I purchased off them still has outstanding finance and the previous finance company are trying to recover the car… be back for my previous vehicle… see you soon LOL

Calls and emails are ignored and they remove all reviews from Google

They run scared on Facebook and delete your comments and block your messages

Absolute crooks they are just stealing peoples money by delaying settlement payments they don’t refund you

Audi A5 CAB FINANCE STILL OUTSTANDING…
Stay well clear of this rouge trader
P/X my Audi for a Q5 in Jan (over 6 months ago) despite many emails and phone calls my existing finance for the audi £25k has still not been paid off and still keep getting fobbed off, constant lies about going to settle the finance! They have now sold my car (but obviously for cash otherwise the HPI marker would have been flagged to new finance company) If I could contact new owner and tell them that they are in possession of a car they don’t legally own, therefore not insured I would. They have re registered the car new number plate is C54Law (so if you’re out there contact me). This is causing a massive impact on my credit file also. This is causing a lot of stress for me and my family and mental health is not good cause of it. 😫
Now had to go trading standards and financial ombudsman.
Stay well clear of this company, they shouldn’t be allowed to trade

Absolutely over the moon with my new car from CVF. Extremely efficient service and very helpful (I’ve always leased my cars never financed so all new to me) nothing was too much trouble & I was kept fully informed throughout the entire process. The car came in perfect/immaculate condition with a fresh service & delivered to my front door!

A***** service would highly recommend & will most definitely be returning in the future.

Excellent experience here I bought my SQ5 here and what a brilliant set of staff kind warming and welcoming. I definitely reccomend and I will be buying from them again.

Do not use this company cvf group, sold them my car back in November and the finance is still outstanding so now I’ve got two car finances to my name, money gets taken out my bank each month for both , the company is the shambles!!!!! Not be long before the forecourt is lit

P/X my Audi for a cla 35 on January 20th (over 8 weeks ago) the cla I brought is a really good car…… however my existing finance for the audi £25k has still not been paid off and still keep getting fobbed off, this is causing a massive impact on my credit file also.
