GLC Review
Approached CVF Group via Facebook after seeing a car we loved (Mercedes GLC). We had already spoken previously regarding our buying position. When the GLC came up we managed to secure the car, complete the finance application and be told the car was ours within 3 hours (give or take a few minutes) - all of this was done through facebook messenger. We spoke on the phone to confirm with a delivery date of a few days.
Communication was good especially with it being an easter bank holiday weekend and what with the restrictions Coronavirus has caused. Only thing that could've been improved was a clear delivery date but given the circumstances we cant complain!
Asked for the car thursday and it was delivered the following wednesday (today), would have been sooner if it wasnt a bank holiday!
Two very happy delivery drivers unloaded the car in gloves and maintained social distancing. They were upfront and all too happy to explain some of the cars best features and before we could ask.. explained the log book and documents were on the seat with the locking wheel nuts AND not only this, that they would be covering the next service which is overdue (due to coronavirus) at main mercedes dealer to preserve the warranty!
I cannot fault the way CVF have been with us. We are approx. 5 hours from them and nothing was too much trouble!
Genuine, nice people which took any stress or worry out of getting a new car.
5 out of 5, would recommended. With the aftercare of the main dealer service, free delivery it was a deal that we just couldn't say no to!

Where do I start
Where do I start? I've been buying cars from CVF (specifically Phil) for nye on 12 years.
I'm a bit of a petrol head so I change my car A LOT and have always found Phil and the entire team to be helpful and very accomodating.
I've previously purchased all manor of cars via CVF, from a Skoda Fabia vRS to a fully loaded BMW M4 and pretty much everything inbetween. Has every car been absolutely 100% trouble free? No. But, that being said, the team have always bent over backwards to sort any issues that a picky petrol head can pick up on and resolve them beyond my expectations.
Personally, I don't shop anywhere else for cars and would gladly recommend anybody else to go there.

Got a Q3 off these guys on Friday.
Car arrive immaculately, service from the admin team was immense quick speedy replies with plenty of information.
Warranty, service, MOT all in place the changed every to make sure car up to spec.
After care so far so good, asked a question quick reply and helpful to get it sorted.
Delighted so far so good!
