Highly recommended. They solve all my problems quickly.

I have used a around 6 server hosting companies in the past 10 years for my work. Some have been cheap some have been expensive but what I have learnt is I always look at not only price but also support because being in the travel industry our company relies on a quick turn around when you have an issue. CWCS provides competitive prices but also support 24/7. For example I once has an issue with the SSL certificate and was contacting the support team between 2:00am and 4:00am on a Saturday and they were available.

To date I have not had any issues and would be happy to recommend them to others.

We have been with CWCS for many years, originally when they took over premises of our previous hosting company.
We have had a co-location rack, and now also we have several sets of dedicated cloud servers for clients of ours.
They are experts in Windows and Linux, and being a Windows house ourselves, we are grateful they have the knowledge and expertise to help us when needed.

I have been with CWCS for about 3 years now having switched companies a few times previously due to very poor service. We are a small business with too many other things to worry about that if the website and emails are working. Leave it to these guys they are excellent, I have no hesitation in recommending them If you are looking for 100% up time and quick responses to any problems.

I have had my hosting with CWCS for over 15 years and have always found them to be reliable and offer a great service in terms of support. I often work till late at night and on weekends on web development and the out of hours support is excellent. Their engineers are always polite and friendly.

Just want to quickly thank everyone at CWCS for their help and support during a server migration. From the excellent help and support from their knowledgeable, friendly and helpful sales consultant to planning of the migration by their system administrators the transfer went incredibly well with just about no downtime at all.

Any queries or issues were answered promptly and enough time was given for me to test each site was working correctly before the new server was brought online.

A dedicated team who can provide 24/7 friendly telephone and ticket support, a company big enough to cope with anything I need but still small enough to know who you are and care about you.

Overall I have been very happy with the service provided, technical support respond very quickly and there has been very little downtime with the hosting. My only gripe would be that the server where my sites were originally hosted was running very old software and I had to reinstall the sites again on another server.

I got a resolution to my problem & I was treated courteously and rapidly by Jey which is why I have asked CWCS to give the guy a pay rise!

CWCS have provided my dedicated hosting for the best part of a decade. I have always found their support to be fast, friendly and reliable (even on weekends). Only having the basic management package I've occasionally needed one-off work carried out on the server for specific upgrades or compliance and on each occasion the time/cost was reasonable and the work carried out satisfactorily. Uptime is good, as is performance, and I've never had cause for complaint over the service. I certainly haven't had reason to look elsewhere.
