Great service and excellent support desk.

I only use a basic service for hosting a Parish web site and email lists. The service is very reasonably priced and has been very reliable. When I have had a problem the support desk has been very quick to respond and address issues. I also use CWCS for my personal web and mail hosting - it is affordable and reliable.

Awesome Support, Excellent Value For Money

We have been through several dedicated server companies over the years and whilst price is a factor, if it's important to you you'll soon realise that it's the support that makes or breaks working longer term with with a hosting provider. CWCS have proven themselves time and time again to be invaluable when it comes to support. We've had some very bespoke and technical requirements from our hosting clients but the support team have eased us through these scenarios where I know other hosts would have struggled. Their pricing is very competitive as it is, but even better value for money when you take the support level and expertise into account so we highly recommend them.

Speedy professional support

In the main, my experience with CWCS, over more than a decade, is that their technical support is excellent. They are usually quick to respond, keep you informed, and resolve issues promptly.

I am a developer, and host customers sites with CWCS(/Crest Hosting) as well as my own site. If you want to be able to concentrate on your own development, rather than having to fix server issues, I would recommend CWCS

Excellent Support

Like many users starting out with a new service, we had many questions. What was really reassuring though is that each question sent to support was dealt with quickly, efficiently and in a friendly manner. Nothing appears to be too much trouble for the support team. Very impressive and greatly appreciated. 10/10

Awesome Experience

I needed a dedicated host for a client of mine (I'm a web designer), and these guys were awesome - couldn't recommend them higher. Not only does their product rock - but the staff too (shout out to Josh). His professionalism and handling of the whole process all was superb. Not only did he go above and beyond in explaining everything they were going to be doing for my client - he also organised out of this world hosting at such a reasonable rate. 10/10

Great service - nothing changes

In ten years with CWCS and with up to four of my clients using their hosting/email service, you can anticipate an occasional glitch. On the very few occasions I have had to appeal for help to solve a problem, the speed of response has been excellent, with a solution not far behind. When my email started acting up recently, they immediately increased the size of my mail box (which in itself kept me in business) and had resolved the issue within an hour. Typical of my experience over the years. Thank you CWCS for all the help.

Great Technical Support

“I have Been with CWCS for 14 years now and just completed our 3rd server upgrade, I cannot fault you guys, for all your knowledge and support.
You have once again made the job easy and painless. To have this support available evenings and weekends meant I didn't have any working down time.
I can honestly say I would not trust my business with anyone else. "Thank you once again guys"

Great Support!

I needed to move two web sites and domains when my American-based provider (Freeparking) ceased to respond to email queries and changed the access method without informing me.

CWCS have excellent support services - email, chat (which was very useful over a couple of evenings over the setup period), phone, and as I only live around 20 miles away, if needs be I can go and see them!

Excellent Support - Responsive, Fast!

We've been using CWCS for a few years now as one of our many partners for server co-location services. What's striking is that over time they have continue to improve over the years and have clearly continued to invest.

Best of all, they offer the fastest response times of any of the providers we work with - remote hands support for our Co-Lo services are incredibly quick, and even whilst we've had a problem that is nothing to do with CWCS, they've continued to be very helpful and support us without hesitation, and certainly for our requirements they've proven themselves to be a trustworthy supplier.

CWCS are very good at answering the phone and dealing with the important Stuff!

This is the main reason I went with CWCS, having used various hosting companies over the last 20 years, I was looking for a good excuse to leave my current Dedicated Server supplier, who had once been a small company and did care about customer service, the nail in the coffin so to speak was the complete unprofessional manner in which I was treated during our last server migration which was only half performed before I pulled the plug. CWCS on the other hand completed a pre contract audit and explained the ins and outs of the process and quoted accordly, I was happy with this and the upgrade was booked in and actioned, there are always teething probelms that go with the enormaty of the work and i have to say they were dealt with really well, when I log a call for help now I feel really confident because the reply is quick and helpful, not like our last supplier. Anyway Thanks CWCS

Setting up external links to our server

We needed to set up an 'A' record an a couple of extras to allow access to to our server and CWCS were, as always, quick to respond with helpful advice,but when we said that although we understood the instructions we weren't confident with implementing them CWCS took our concerns on board and quickly set it up for us. No fuss, no bother just an excellent service.

CWCS - First Class Service and Support

We've used CWCS for many years and they've always supplied a first class service, if we ever need technical assistance they're always quick to respond and get things done, a refreshing change from most of the Internet Service Providers we deal with.

They know what they are doing.

They know what they are doing and are able to answer my questions, and queries. We are on CentOS and they seem on top of that. So its all good and they are based in the UK as well which makes any telephone calls easier.
They seem good on keeping up to date with security issues as well, so I can get on with developing sites without unnecessary hosting hassle.

You won't find a better service!

After years of nightmare hosting experiences with other providers, we moved to CWCS about 10 months ago and could not be happier: not a sniff of outages or downtime and absolutely first-class 24/7 tech support. If you want to get on with growing your site without having to worry about your hosting, move to CWCS ... you won't look back ... and you'll sleep a whole lot better ... I certainly do! :-)

Excellent, very supportive, helpful, quick responses

We recently needed to update our WordPress site but no one on our team had experience with this. Even though CWCS is only our hosting company and was not involved in making our website, they were very polite and helpful throughout the entire process, and assisted us free of charge. We have always had excellent customer service from them, and they have been very reliable.

Peace of mind

The idea of migrating everything, all customer websites and various development projects, was daunting. The existing servers had been set up in 2008 and really it was time to move on. 
So eventually the decision was made, and then after a lot of thought we opted for cloud.
The set up was very fast, and we'd opted to take supports' advice and use the latest CentOS and the latest Plesk (12) control panel.
On logging in to the Plesk for the first time the difference between that and our old version (8.6!) was kind of mind blowing, and quite simply its awesome to see how it's all evolved. And it really is truly Responsive for mobile.
Straight to migration manager and it worked first time, we've now pulled around 30 domains over (we chose Web Host edition) with, incredibly, only a few very minor glitches here and there that support have quickly sorted out. Seamless.
We've got no problems with highly recommending CWCS for any small agency such as ourselves. We started out in 1995, moved hosting to CWCS in 2008, and our experience of the service we get from CWCS has been great.

CWCS provide me with an excellent reliable, prompt and efficient service

I moved my website hosting to CWCS about 10 years ago and have never looked back. I am now using a cloud server which is excellent and reliability is always good. Support is prompt and most importantly is available by phone 24x7 so when I need help in the middle of the night I can call them. I have just taken on another cloud server for a client and CWCS have handled all of the migration for me. 5 star service all round.

Helpful staff

Very helpful staff. In paticular they were very helpful installing an SSL certificate for me, just days before it was about to expire! I have been with other hosting companies that have charged extra to do this, not CWCS!
