I ordered a leotard on 11.10.18 - the item was showing as in stock and would be delivered on a standard delivery basis - no leotard arrived - I rang on 18.10.18 and spoke to Lauren - she confirmed that the Leotard was never in stock and it would be delivered to them on 29.10 and then sent straight to us - I have not received an update since - I have tried to ring several times today (31.10) but the phone is picked up and then immediately put down (happened on 6 occasions) - I have emailed to chase and received a response advising it will not now arrive with them until 7.11 and it will be sent after this date - I believe this to be bullsh*t and I have requested a full refund - I will also be taking this up with trading standards if no refund is received today - what a farce - my daughter wanted this for a competition which has now taken place - they should not advertise items in stock if indeed they are not in stock!!!!!!!!

Items arrived promptly as described. Would definitely use this company again.

Great service as ever ! I approached Lauren with an idea for my daughters competition out and once again she delivered . The outfit looked fab and the girls were so happy with it . Thanks again for helping me create my vision.

Thank you to Dance and Leisurewear for a fantastic service. We went to buy Lola her first ballet outfit and were greeted by friendly faces and first class service. All the items we needed were in stock and there was a variety of options to choose from. Her first ballet shoe fitting was very thorough and comfortable, it is a wonderful memory that Dance and Leisurewear helped to create. Thank you, we can’t wait to be back for more goodies soon.

Dance & Leisurewear have helped us out with over 25 new pairs of ballet shoes for our Gymnasts. I contacted them with a photo of a ballet shoe that our dance teacher recommended and the service we received was excellent. All the girls & boys managed to have their shoes fitted properly and checked before they took them away with them - the Dance & Leisurewear staff even visited our club so that our members didn’t need to travel to get themselves sorted. Thank you! Great service and will most definitely recommend Dance & Leisurewear to all of our club members!

Today my two girls got the opportunity to do a Diamond Bling Workshop at Dance and Leisure Wear. The whole experience from start to finish was excellent I can't thank Amy, Lauren, Morgan and Marianne enough. The girls thought all their birthdays had come all at once the minute they entered the shop Morgan and Marianne was brilliant with them, from the diamonds, sweets to the face painting nothing was to much trouble and the finished shorts were fantastic, I wouldn't hesitate to book them on more workshops 😀

Brill service. I told them what size i was and they converted it into small medium or large. Fit perfect. Also shown me pics off whats going on the tshirt and how i could change things. Great delivery within 3 days. Also great at contacting. Super service will defo be using again.

I ordered a personalised printed t-shirt and expected to receive the item in a few weeks, little did I know i would have my item with me in less than a week! The t-shirt is perfect, exactly what i asked for.

I came to Lauren to see if she could help me make tshirts, hoodies etc for my bodyshop at home business & Lauren set to work straight away.

The designs are fab and a 30 item order was made and delivered within the week! Lauren goes out of her way to ensure everything is done to perfection and I’m so happy I found her!! Il continue coming back for the foreseeable future! Thanks again Lauren!!

Wish i had seen the reviews on here before i placed an order!! Placed order on 20/6/18 after web chat enquiring about the best size to order. Was told that it would take approx 2 weeks. That was great as didn't need the item for 4 weeks!! On 28/6/18, i emailed for an approx despatch date. Was told that they were due a delivery earlybthe following week and it would be despatched immediately. The expected date came and went, but no parcel delivered. Emailed again, but got no reply. Tried the contact us page, but no joy. Tried calling and left 2-3 messages, but guess what- no joy. The competition that the item was for, came and went and still no parcel. Out of frustration i called my credit card company to see if they could get my money back. Before filling in the relavent forms though, i sent the company 1 last email, advising of my intention to seek a refund, and guess what, the item arrived a few days later, but not before i received an email asking me to review the product. To add insult to injury, after filling in the review for the company, i have now been sent a £5 off voucher, with an expiry date in April 2018. I'll be avoiding this company in future, no matter how stunning the costumes are!!!

I ordered 4 pairs of shoes from Dance leisure, 2 latin and 2 ballroom on March 2018. I received my latin shoes which didn't fit me so I returned the 2 latin shoes to them with an email telling them and was looking forward to receiving my ballroom shoes. After many emails, phone calls with no answers, I am still waiting on my refund for my latin shoes and delivery of my ballroom shoes. It is now 14th August 2018 and I am currently starting a small court claim against them. I just want my money back!!! My order number is #400093990

Fantastic, fast service. The staff friendly staff and very helpful. I ordered personalised make-up bags as gifts for friends. The bags were speedily done in beautiful rose gold lettering. Just perfect.

Placed orders online and have always arrived promptly, visited the store many times as we have a caravan in Morecambe . The staff are always very helpful & they have a great range of stock different from any of our local stores. Always recommend

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 27 May. Money debited from my account 29 May. Emailed on 4th June to ask for an ETA on the shoes as no communication since placing the order. Received reply to say that stock would be received that week and shipped immediately.
Received email on 14 June to say stock now arriving in 2-3 days.
No further communication and no goods received, could not wait any longer (needed the shoes asap) so came right with a different pair of shoes from another store.
Cancelled the order (goods still not received) on 1 July. Received refund notification confirming refund being processed.
To date, no funds have been refunded to my account.
Several emails sent to follow up on the refund payment, have tried to call 10+ times, no answer, have used the contact form on the website - absolutely zero response and I am £79 out of pocket. This is completely unacceptable.
It should be made very clear on the website when ordering that items are not kept in stock (as with other online retailers). I would not have bothered with the initial order if I realized they were not even available from this retailer and had to be ordered in. Based on other reviews, I see this no stock / no refund scenario appears to be a consistent occurrence. This really needs to be addressed.
