Wish I had read the reviews on this company before placing an order with them. My dance costume arrived within a few days of ordering which I was pleased about. However, trying to get my money refunded when I returned the costume was not so speedy. Almost three months later and after getting my bank involved I have eventually got my money back. This company have zero customer service and just do not correspond when you try to contact them. Very, very frustrating. Would certainly advise that you think twice before ordering from them.

Unfortunately before ordering I had not seen the numerous negative reviews regarding undelivered products and incorrect deliveries. I have had the worst experience possible. After ordering tap shoes last November for a Christmas present my initial order was incorrect and they sent out the wrong shoes. These were sent back immediately back in November and I was told the correct shoes would be dispatched the same day. They took almost £350 out of my account and NEVER sent the shoes!! 6 months on, numerous emails and phone calls, still NO SHOES AND NO REFUND! They had taken my £350 and I had absolutely nothing to show for it. It has taken 6 months and the bank having to get involved to take the case further to get my money back!! Absolute nightmare and companies behaving like this should be shut down.

I ordered 2 pairs of dance shoes for size (with the intention of returning one pair) online. They were advertised as in stock and they would be dispatched within 1 working day in most instances. HOWEVER, after 10 days the shoes had not arrived. Phone calls were ignored and eventually I made contact through web chat. I was advised that they were in the post and would be with me within 3 days. I knew this was not true as they stated that they would send an e-mail when the goods had been dispatched. After another week I emailed them to cancel the order and request a refund and lo and behold the very next day they were in the post. Total time taken - 3 weeks. I returned the unwanted pair. On their website they state that a refund will be processed within 30 days. I waited for over 30 days and tried to contact them again by phone and web chat to no avail. It wasn't until I e-mailed them and threatened to take further action that I managed to get my refund. You may be one of the lucky ones who gets good customer service, but I wish I had read trustpilot reviews before I purchased them. Needless to say I shan't be buying another pair of shoes from here that I currently need. They seriously need to up their customer service.

Ordered some shoes from them online, very reasonably priced. They arrived within a few days, fit well (I ordered 1/2 size bigger than I normally wear) and they look great. Best dance shoes I ever had. Will order a second pair.

Pricing was good. Shipping was super quick.Very impressed by the service all the way through the transaction to receiving the Leotard. Will buy again!!

Excellent customer experience
Spoke on live chat on Wednesday to ask advice on stock of a costume I needed for Friday, Dance & Leisurewear were the only company I could find that had stock of the item. Ordered at 2pm & it arrived following day, it looks beautiful & saved the day. Thank you so much I will definitely shop again an would recommend to others.
