Ordered Bloch Tap shoes & what a fabulous shoe. My daughter loves them. The sound quality is great and will only improve with time. Very happy and would recommend. Easy to order & helpful chat to discuss sizes, arrived quickly . Would recommend Dance Leisurewear and will shop again with them.

Good Service, Good Product

We have ordered Roche Valley shoes on several occasions from Dance & Leisurewear because the shoes are well made and fit ladies size 8 feet well. They are also very competitively priced: usually the best buy. Delivery is quick and efficient.

My son loved it!

It’s so hardcore to find dance products for boys. The costume bag I ordered is great and my son loved it and uses it all the time. Can fit 5-6 costumes in easily!

I placed an order on 4th March and these have still not been delivered. Phone is on permanent ansaphone and live chat does not respond.

I have left voice messages, emails and contact us notes, but absolutely no response.

Update : Dance and Leisurewear have said by email they've refunded the order. Just need to check the bank account. Ordered a pair of ballet shoes and ribbons 10 days ago and paid for 1st class delivery. Order is a no show and still says processing when I log in. They dont answer the phone, it is a permanent recorded message so I went on web chat on Thursday. The first responder disappeared half way through the conversation, the second said the order was posted on Monday. Since then I have left 3 voicemails, sent 3 emails, 1 Facebook Messenger message and 3 web chat messages as web chat is now unavailable too and has been since Friday, and no response to any of my attempts to contact them! I have requested a refund but Im not holding my breath. Trading Standards is next if they dont respond by tomorrow, but for future customers, avoid at all costs!

Appalling customer service - they took my money and did not supply the goods I had ordered!
In the middle of February I ordered a pair of trainers and around a week later dance and leisurewear emailed to say they were delayed due to a problem with a supplier. I have been trying to request a refund ever since but there is no answer on the phone and they don’t reply to emails or Facebook messages. Six weeks later I don’t have any trainers either. Avoid!

Update: Dance and Leisurewear have responded below that I received a refund but unfortunately this is not correct and no refund was received.

I should have read the reviews here before ordering a pair of shoes from them. I ordered them over a month ago, they took the money straight away and since I have been unable to contact them, they never answer the phone, you always get a recorded message? You go on to their website which looks great but they never answer the live chat, it appears you are always second or first in a queue which never goes down? They don't answer messages left on the site to call except the first time to take my order! Avoid at all cost and don't buy anything from them!

Really happy with my purchase. Have ordered from this company before several times. Good value for money, leotard is a lovely bright pink and of great quality 👍

Fast delivery on an order & lovely items, will use Dance Leisurwear again
