Great service

I placed an order back in Aug, I only received half of what I paid for. When I emailed a week later, they said it would be sent out separately. Two months on and several emails and phone calls later, still had no response from them or refund. Very disappointed in this company, they clearly have no customer service! Will never use them again and will be telling everyone I know not to either!!

Order still not arrived. Phone never answered, messages rarely responded to and info given inaccurate. I would avoid. This is the 2nd time I have been treated this way and I will never use them again. Some big lessons need to be learned about customer service and how to treat PAYING customers.

I ordered a leotard and matching scrunchie. It qualified for free delivery, which ended up taking two weeks to arrive! When it did, the scrunchie was missing. Very poor communication throughout, never anyone to answer a phone call and my emails have been ignored. I still have no scrunchie and no refund! I never tend to write reviews - but I would honstly not recommend this company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Disgraceful company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I ordered a pair of dance shoes back in June for £32. Delivery was fairly prompt but they had sent the wrong shoes. Thinking it was a genuine mistake I sent them back a couple of days later in the hope of getting a refund as quickly as possible. I did notice there was no returns form in with the shoes, so I included a note in with my return stating my order number etc. Sent them an email to make them aware I had sent the shoes back; no reply. Sent another email a couple of weeks later to enquire about my refund; no reply. Tried ringing their phone number but it is rigged up so that it just goes to an answering machine. THERE IS NO ONE TO ANSWER THEIR PHONE. Tried messaging them through Facebook; no reply.

I contacted Citizen's Advice who replied in September and gave me several pieces of advice and a template letter which I sent to be signed for so I knew they would receive it. 5 days after sending the letter I have finally received a refund, 3 MONTHS AFTER I ORDERED.

I still can't work out whether they are just a small, local dance shop that has opened an online shop and cannot cope with orders. Oh and ignore their 20% off today only deal. This is on every day to entice us to buy. THIS COMPANY NEEDS CLOSING DOWN!!!

Money taken and my order shows as 'processing'.

If you phone it says all the operators are busy and to use the form on the website.
On the website it suggests you can call them.

You then get an email asking for the order number.
Still no response.

I will be taking this up with my credit card company.

I suspect that the 5 star reviews are from the company as there are too many unhappy punters for the glowing reviews to be truthful IMHO.

I have had the same issue as the previous reviewer.
I ordered a tutu bag for my daughter on 13th July and they took my money the same day no product ever received and refuse to pick up the phone and will not answer any emails.
Theft!!!!
I can only hope that they have gone out of business but I bet they are still taking peoples money......

If I could give zero stars I would. Do not trust this company. I placed an order on 11th Sept.. never received. Have emailed 4 times..no reply. Have left several messages..no response. Phone constantly goes to answer machine. I paid by sage so looks like I have lost 15.50! Don't touch with a barge pole!!!

Very prompt delivery and easy website to browse, my daughters were happy with there new tap shoes and sizing was accurate.
Communication was good but emails did go into junk folder so future customers may want to check that just in case.

Easy shopping experience, placed new order on weds and received on fri with free standard delivery . Query on email answered within 10 mins on product material. I was recommended by a friend who uses this website. Will be back again in the future, glad to find a site with so much choice 😊

Sizing on dance items can be so confusing but made easier on this website with guide and can always get helpful advice on livechat. Good quality and deliveries as always within a few days.

*UPDATE: * This company needs to be exposed. They belong on Rogue traders. They are also reporting all the genuine bad reviews on Trustpilot to try and get them removed. Anyhow I provided TP with evidence of my genuine shopping experience and they reinstated this review so please read....I have finally managed to get my money back as I am writing this. Will never use them again and suggest you steer well clear!!!

Please avoid this company...... I know your read many reviews on line where someone over exaggerates or goes over the top but this outfit really is as bad as I am saying. Stock item still not sent to me one month later. I keep receiving a standard email saying they are checking with the production team even after I have now requested twice in writing to be refunded and to cancel the order. I am pursuing recovery of my money via the credit card company and have informed Morecombe trading standards where they are based. Not impressed

Lots of good choice on there website and delivery is free which is a bonus.

Cannot recommend - absolutey horrible company.
They do not respond by email and they do not answer their phone as well.
They settled the payment immediately but did not send my items.
After some weeks some of my items came - but wrong color. i wrote to complain that they sent the wrong color but no response.
I still miss one pair that was out of order, have sent several emails with no reponse, and the payment has been settled.
DO NOT ORDER BY THIS Company
