Dreadful company. Ordered weeks ago and still waiting for missing item. Unable to contact company as they don't answer phone and there is no website chat as answer machine states.

I am still awaiting refund.

Great quality and fit
This item is of great quality and has a Lustre feel to it. Exceptional material and very durable. Great fitting. Would highly recommend Dance and leisurewear for dance products as service was perfect all round .

This is the worse online shop I have ever ordered from. Be warned - do not order from this company, they are a total disgrace.

They took my order over the telephone failing to tell me that the items were out of stock. They took my money and I didn't hear from them for 2 weeks. Every time I called them the answering machine is on. I've sent numerous emails chasing. Lost total trust with this company and have asked for a refund. A month later, still not response, still not refund!

Good choice of gymnastics wear, very happy with quality of shorts and leotard. Customer service was great and delivery was within 3 days. Good shopping experience

Quick dispatch of my order, have used on several occasions and always been happy.
The live chat is so useful as dance wear sizes can be confusing. Have already recommended 😊

Trustpilot won't allow me to explain how I managed to achieve a refund, so I'll just say that I finally got one.

Placed an order 15 July. Told it was being dispatched and money was charged to my credit card. Didn't hear anything after 10 days so got in contact via email. Told item had been dispatched and apologies for delay. Requested a full refund. Went on holiday, came back two weeks later, no item and no refund. Finally managed to raise someone on their Facebook page who told me it was dispatched yesterday afternoon. Bet it won't arrive. Now pursuing them via my credit card company. I would recommend avoiding this company unless you like paying for good which never arrive. Wish I'd come to read the reviews here before using them, would have saved me a lot of trouble.

Absolute disgrace of a company! Items missing from my order and paid for next day delivery but parcel took over a week to come!!! Trying to get a response or refund is like trying to get blood out of a stone!! Have contacted trading standards and watchdog today!! This company needs to be stopped from trading!!! ADVICE : GIVE THIS COMPANY A WIDE BERTH!!!

How are businesses allowed to get away with this poor practice of accepting customer orders online; taking payment and then not sending any goods nor communicating in any way??? I've contacted trading standards; citizens advice bureau and Watchdog about this as am so frustrated. This company should NOT be allowed to get away with this constant breach of customer contracts and should not be allowed to trade. Who though has the time in their daily lives to have to chase a company to cough up the goods that have been paid for? Total disgrace. I hope others here have finally had their issues resolved but if anyone has any other suggestions on how to get my goods/a refund I'd be grateful.

Ordered a personalised costume bag, came quickly & excellent quality. My daughter was thrilled, it is plenty big enough to hold a few costumes. Thank you

Order received within 3 days on free delivery, customer service were helpful and put the order as urgent as tights were needed for a show. The tights were the best price online and quality was great. Thanks again.

Disgusting company DO NOT USE. Order placed on 15th JUNE item has still not been received 2 1/2 weeks later, have called, emailed and messaged them through their website and FB to.whixh they are responding to tell me they have reported me for spamming! No mentioned of order which is needed for a show this week!

Placed an order on 8th May.

After 2 days I had received no dispatch note (despite website saying "If you order before 1pm we will dispatch your order on the same day"), nor any message saying the product was out of stock, so contacted them to find out what was happening. Email response said "will be with you in 2-3 days via Royal Mail".

5 days later (a week after placing the order), there was still no parcel, so I contacted them again. No response or apology, but later that day I did receive a shipping confirmation email. Quite how I was meant to have received it within 2-3 days, as stated previously, when they weren't going to ship it for another 5 days I'm not quite sure...

3 days later, still no parcel so I contacted them again - this time via the 'chat' facility on their website, which seems to appear very sporadically. They confirmed it had been dispatched, and "will be with you in 1-2 days via Royal Mail", so I agreed to wait slightly longer.

4 days later (2 weeks after placing order), still no parcel. I tried contacting them multiple times to find out what was happening and got no response at all, to the point that I had to enter a dispute via PayPal and get a refund that way.

Interestingly, they didn't contact me at all when I entered the dispute via PayPal, which seemed odd if they had actually shipped anything to me. Fortunately, they accepted the dispute and provided a full refund.

Getting any information out of this company is difficult (eg 20+ phone calls never answered, less than half my messages to them received responses, and there's no indication when the chat facility will/won't be available), but they do respond sometimes. However, based on my experience I personally wouldn't trust anything they tell me.

I'm glad I paid using PayPal, but in the future will just buy elsewhere and completely avoid this company!

I would not use this company again. The goods I ordered were very good but I had to return them as they were too small. I returned them on the 26th May and heard nothing . I made numerous phone calls and sent a couple of emails but no reply
When I sent an email and told them I had been advised to go to the small courts because of all the other reviews I had read,I received the refund in 20 mins.
This company sells good items why don't there pull themselves together?

Excellent service, definitely recommend

Ordered on April 1st and still have not received items - they took my money though. Have left messages, emails and submitted messages through the website. Have begged someone to call but nothing. Once got a query to one of my emails - asking more details but nothing since. For the first time ever their web chat service popped up on line today - however I got no response to my questions. I am now trying to get this company listed at Resolver.

I am astounded that the company have disputed my order and I have forwarded the relevant documentation to this site. I am even more astounded by the speed at which they responded. The fact that they suggest that merely sending them an email would sort out the situation suggests that they truly don't understand how frustrated people are by the lack of any kind of customer service provided. Amazingly, after contacting Trust Pilot and BBC Watchdog, today, after multiple requests via phone, email and website submission, we received a refund. I appreciate that they have finally resolved my issue but if this is a legitimate company they desperately need assistance with basic management and customer service.

After ordering there was no reply to my emails, no ones was answering the phone. Only got my money back after starting dispute on Paypal.

Only gave 1 star because it wouldn't let me give them no stars. TERRIBLE service. Ordered goods and eventually received a refund 30 days later. No communication from them at all (despite) numerous emails and a phone call which unsurprisingly went straight to voicemail. Very Very Dissatisfied - terrible service!

Ordered and paid for items 10 days ago...nothing. No goods, no contact, no reply to emails or phone messages, voicemail saying use online chat facility, which doesn't exist.
My son faces not being able to compete in a national competition if I can't get the good this week.
