Excellent service and delivery
I ordered 12 fence panels and placed my order by phone which I wouldn’t normally do. However, I had been on the website and seen them and thought I’d give it a go and ring. They were helpful and friendly. I called on a Wednesday and they said they would deliver on Saturday morning, which they did at 8am! The delivery driver rang about half hour prior to let me know he was on the way. The fence panels are great and the delivery driver even delivered them to the back garden where I wanted them - top class thank you

Although we try to ensure minimum disruption, as a service providing deliveries we are permitted by the local authorities to block lanes/roads where we have no option. Should an emergency vehicle need to pass then we would of course have the vehicle moved pronto. Kind rgds DBM.

Recently ordered 30 bags of ready mixed concrete based on the one bag I had tried out first which was a 25kg bag. When my 30 bags arrived they were all 20kg bags. Called darlaston builders merchants up, spoke to a lady there and explained I had ordered based on the bags being 25kg and that was what was advertised, absolutely no problem she immediately arranged for the difference to be delivered the next day. Thank you so much. Thats customer service.
