I ordered an item, the item was posted very fast but wrong one to which i ordered. tried 1001 times (through phone calls which only goes to answer phone, emails - which your response comes back a representative will contact you within 1 business working day - 4 business days later still NO reply) .... should report them DONT USE

wish I had read these reviews before purchasing - do not go there

Ordered a Digital Camera battery from this Company.
A Video camera battery was sent instead of a Digital camera battery.
Have sent 3 emails to customer service without a reply.
Tried phoning several times all you get is pre recorded message "hello this dc-battery we are either busy or away from our desk please leave a message or email info@dc-battery.co.uk"

I bought a camera charger and battery from DC-Battery.
They look as if they are a legitimate company but it seams that they are not.
I have not received my order and I have call and E-mailed them a number of times with no response.
They use RBS for there transactions so you would have thought you were safe I guess not doggie Company and use a doggie bank.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

I ordered on 14th January 2010 and didn't receive them until 29th January and they came from Hong Kong. Have been trying to exchange them for the correct batteries that will actually fit my camera but communication with them is very slow. it is now nearly two weeks and am not getting anywhere with them. The website states that for returns you need to receive a rma number and then you can return them but they are not forthcoming with that number. I live in hope that this will get sorted eventually.

Transformer and handheld lamp never arrived, and goods charged to my creditcard, and no reaction to my claim.

I tried to purchase battery for my camcorder. It took far longer than the time specified on website.They are very poor at communicating with you and would not reply e-mails. Also the product eventually came from an individual in Hongkong even though they would like people to believe they do business from the UK. I had the most horrible experience. Stay clear of this company, please, please please!!!

I received the goods on time for Xmas eve. I am very satisfied.

Got my charger and battery just before the special event. There has been a few days delay. So I've checked with them and realize that the delay has been cause due to weather condition last week. So I'm happy with the items and service.

I have ordered a new camera battery and charger . The item has not come within the prescribed 4-7 days stated and the company do not reply to emails or telephone calls . Having now read the terrible feedback on this web site about this company I am very concerned about receiving the order and them having my credit card details. I shall be speaking directly to my card company and shall seek some consumer rights advice . My solicitor has some expertise in company law and will ask him to look into the matter if I do not receive this order or my card details are incorrectly used .

Hopeless company. Trying to get a refund but had no communication in 3 months!! We returned the product as requested but have had no replies from emails or phone calls. In my last voicemail to them I warned that I would happily spend my time spreading what I thought of them online which is some recompense for my lost money, I guess.

DO NOT USE DC BATTERY!!!!!!

Received my battery as promised. I will be using this site again and will recommend to friends.

Slow delivery from Hong Kong. Very slow but eventual reply to e-mails. best avoided.

I ordered a charger for my camcorder on the 6th december it still hasnt turned up i am disapointed has i wanted to film my son doing his first christmas concert and on chritsmas day opening all his presents i have emailed and phoned and had no reply DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY

since this posting they have responded to my constant e mails and have sent me 2 batteries (I ordered only 1), so they do exist and will eventually respond but they clearly check their messages infrequently

No sign of the charger I ordered but they were quick enough to take my money through paypal.

No answer on the Edinburgh phone number which goes straight to answerphone and no reply to my email after six days. Going to try dispute with paypal and see if I at least get my £7.50 back.

If it's not an actual con dc-battery are the worst internet retailer I have ever dealt with.

I have received my order and I'm very happy with it and the service

A little delay but received the the battery and works well.

NO GOODS RECEIVED AFTER 4 WEEKS.
NO RETURN CALL FROM VOICE MAIL (10).
NO RESPONSE TO E MAIL (15).
FRAUDULENT; AVOID THESE CRETINS.
IF THIS COMPANY WERE A DOG, IT WOULD BE PUT DOWN, AND SINCE IT IS CLEARLY NOT "UK BASED" BUT IN HONG KONG, IT WOULD THEN PROBABLY BE COOKED AND SERVED WITH RICE.
