Absolutely HORRIBLE

Absolutely HORRIBLE! I ordered a daybed cover that said it fit mattresses up to 8 inches. I bought an 8 inch memory foam mattress and it did not fit. I was told they were only for their futon mattresses which it didn't state anywhere! I paid to return it and ordered a larger one and made it work. I folded it up nice and neat and placed it directly back into the package it was shipped in and returned it at my cost. I now receive and email stating that it smelled strongly of smoke and they refuse to refund my money. First of all, nobody smokes in my home and second of all it was out of the plastic package for 3 minutes! I emailed back explaining this and I don't know if the rep doesn't speak English or flat out ignored me but they simply restated their original email. What a complete FRAUD!!

WORST experience I've ever had with a…

WORST experience I've ever had with a company. I ordered a futon in early August, bu was told a few days later that the futon was on back-order until mid September. Why was this not pointed out on the product listing? No clue.

Fast forward a month and a half (without a bed) to late September. My futon still hasn't shipped, so I call them and am told that it's now on backorder until mid November. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but was sent to a voicemail. I called back and explained the situation to a new call center rep, but I was greeted with nothing but attitude. I cancelled the order and bought one on Amazon.

Worst company ever. Do NOT buy from DCG Stores!

Very rude

Very rude! Horrible customer service. Searched for a glider on their website and apparently it took me to a page with a glider pictured with a cushion and the order that was filled was only for a cushion, not the glider for $80! Who would pay $80 for a cushion that took a month to get! They said if I fought the charges they would report me to the fraud department. Said I could return big box but I had to pay for shipping. Very rude emails. Unhelpful and shouldn’t be in business at all! No wonder their ratings are so low. 2 out of 5 stars. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

I purchased two pendant lights and I am…

I purchased two pendant lights and I am so happy with the quality of the aluminum modern pendant lights. I wanted something different and architectural. The local stores did not have what I was looking for and I found the perfect light here. Shipping is was fast. I accidentally typed in the wrong zip code for my shipping address and they called to verify the address. I am very pleased with the service and quality.

DO NOT USE DCG

I could not be more disappointed with my experience with DCG stores. I found a bookcase on Wayfair that I was interested in purchasing two of, however they only had one in stock. I looked into other online retailers that carried the same product, and through the manufacturer's website I found DCG stores. There was a delay in the initial item being shipped, however it was not excessive. When the bookcases arrived the shipping boxes were not damaged, but the product inside was. There was cracked wood and paint on all of the pieces. It took 8 emails, 3 phone calls, and 7 weeks to rectify the situation. The company stated that I should have refused the boxes since they were damaged, however the boxes were intact on arrival and there was no way to know the product was damaged until two palates were unpacked. At one point DCG stopped responding to my emails and it took filing a report with my credit card company and leaving a voicemail for a manager to receive a response. Even then DCG would not return my calls, but emailed me from a generic "service" email account that prevented you from knowing who specifically you were communicating with or if it was even the same person handling the issue. DCG ended up blaming everything on the shipping company, saying they damaged the original items and then they missed the scheduled pickup of the replacements. Regardless of who is at fault, communication with the customer is essential. Receiving a damaged product is not a big deal, as long as the company is timely and courteous in remedying the issue.

GARBAGE STAY AWAY!

Mattress cover didn't even closely resemble what was advertised. I ordered a cover with blues and browns and got one with pinks and greens. The pattern isn't even remotely similar. The quality is also garbage. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to ordering. Now I am out the 89.00 that I spent on a futon cover. Learn from my mistakes.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience. Item I received was not as described when I ordered it. Quality was less than expected. I returned the item over six weeks ago and to date have not received a credit on my credit card. When I call customer service no one ever picks up. This is a terrible business to deal with they have terrible customer service they never return phone calls and there is no viable way to deal with them. They should be shut down by the Better Business Bureau.

No Customer Care or Service…

I ordered 20 bar stools in October of 2016 to date we received 10 stools of which the remaining continue to be backordered and now it is almost a year. I finally just asked for a credit back and now have to track down similar looking barstools. The customer department has no accountability or care for addressing urgency of the concerns. They just keep on blaming it on the manufacturer which they have no contact information. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Careless and impossible customer service

I ordered a futon frame to arrive in early July because we were moving and I wanted it sent to the right house. I sent several customer service emails about how long this specific product would take to arrive, so it would arrive at the right time. They looked it up, supposedly. "2-4 business days to process order" and "5-7 business days shipping." Fine. Except I ordered, and then nothing happened. No shipping confirmation, though the charge was on my credit card. Twice, after sitting on hold 15 minutes, I got someone on the phone, both of whom tried to tell me 4 business days hadn't passed yet. (Not true.) One said: "It's probably already shipped and something happened to the email because of the 4th of July." Third try, I said: "Can you please check with the warehouse." Then I got a form letter email telling me the item wouldn't be available for 3 months. This might not sound like a huge problem to you, but I'd made most other decorating decisions bases on that frame style, and not having a place to sit down for 3 months IS a big problem. No apology, nothing.

i ordered something and called to cancel the minute i ordered it only for it to show up by my door than they took off a shipping fee when i cancelled it!!!
i called this lady named sheryl answered was so disgusting and rude didnt let me speak and told me too bad i was in middle of talking and she hung up on me i called back and asked her why she hung up and she didnt know what to say so she hung up again!! than i called back again and she said well refund you than she started screaming at me like a crazy person than later when i asked to speak to the manager she told me he does notspeak to customers which is such bullsht she didnt want to get into trouble for doing what she did, at the end of the call i told her to get help because sh shouldn't be working at this job she goes i think that your the one thats wrong she's a total PHYSCOPATH I will be reporting her because she's only making this so called "company" worse than it is

Did my remark went through???? Just wrote a comment.... again; i will not ever use this company ever again! The matress cover cost me $79.00. The merchandise was smaller, than it said on-line and it was not fitting my mattress, also the color was different, very cheap-lookig, ot as it showed when I ordered it. I packaged back as originally was and shipped it back to the company for $13.60 - my expense. I got returne of $67.57....

DONT EVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!

I am embarrassed that I didn't read reviews on this company before ordering. I ordered a dresser, 2 nightstands and a mirror. They actually came less than a week from ordering. The top of the dresser was smashed and the top piece of the mirror was broken in two. I called the number all day and was sent to a voicemail that said to press 1 if I wanted to hold. When I pressed 1, it went back to the start of the recording in a loop never allowing me to actually hold. I did leave several messages but never heard back. I emailed and got a return email within a couple days. It states I needed to send a bunch of identifying information including pictures of the damaged goods. I did this and waited two weeks for the replacement parts to arrive. When I went to start putting the mirror together, I found there was no hardware in the box. I emailed and asked them to send hardware immediately. I turned my attention to the dresser and began assembling. A couple of the parts that would not be seen were split in two. My husband hot glued the pieces and I continued on. When I tried to tighten the hardware, everything split and broke. I wasn't even able to line up the pieces of the dresser. It all went together slanted. By now, I am done. I call and of course get no response nor am I able to remain on hold. I leave numerous voicemails and email several times. That was Wednesday. I called and emailed Thursday and Friday finally threatening to call the better business bureau. On Friday I receive an email stating that my email had been received and I will be contacted within one business day. At this point, I am almost to my 30 days since purchase due to their numerous errors. I can not get a response in any way from the company and it looks like I am stuck with a pile of junk I will have to figure out how to dispose of. I am also out $377 and change. I recommend that NO ONE even mess with this company. They are dishonest and you will likely be out money.

Bad customer service and mattress product.

Ordering seemed helpful and easy, problem started after delivery. I received a Wolf 9" memory foam mattress and frame through DCG. Within several weeks the mattress became flat and hard, a worse performance than a "cheap" futon mattress on another futon. I contacted DCG right away - well within the 30 day return, and they had me send photos. Problem was DCG was very slow in responding, days and days between emails. Finally after many weeks I was told returns have to take place in 30 days so I am out of luck,
Say NO to doing business with DCG Futon Store!

Good Deal!

We are extremely satisfied with this company. We place our order Sunday and received it Thursday! They kept in touch via email the entire time. It's exactly what we needed and the right price. We'll definitely order from them again! Thank you DCG Stores!!

Fast and Courteous Service

When I first phoned the sales person was very helpful to select my product. Then I went online and ordered. Ordering online was easy, and the delivery was done very efficiently and came one day ahead of scheduled date.

I am no longer receiving a response. I believe I am now stuck with 4 grape cushions and 2 orange as well as the tough lesson...if it's too good to be true.....don't do it.

Extremely Disappointed

We were very disappointed in the futon mattress we received from DCG Stores. We ordered a dark rich mattress cover - it came with bright distracting white stitching - the pattern wasn't centered on the mattress - and the tufting wasn't even on the pattern... what really upset me was when I called the customer "disservice" number to talk with someone... the person who answered never gave his name - was never friendly and welcoming on the phone the entire time... I started off by mentioning a couple of positive things and then eased into some concerns... when I mentioned never seeing anything about the white stitching in writing or when examining pictures of the product, he said that "we take our pictures on an angle" - WOW, that's revealing... he also said that if I was concerned about the stitching that I should have asked ahead about it before ordering the product (like I knew to ask that questions - if I would have seen white stitching in a picture or read that their mattress only came with white stitching, I would have surely asked about it)... he also said that "we make thousands of mattress everyday - we can't change the color of the stitching for every mattress." He also mentioned that the material just comes off the roll however... those statements told me everything I needed to know... the company is all about profit and not about product quality. The unknown person then when on to say "just take a sharpie and color the stitching - people choose all sorts of colors to match those on the cover"... that also told me that others have expressed the same concerns... he would never connect me with a supervisor - when I suggested that they send another cover to put over the stitched cover, he said that "I'd be glad to order one for you"... I suggested a 50 - 50 deal - "absolutely not - you received exactly what you ordered!" I said that if I saw that mattress in a store, I would never have bought it... he was basically unfriendly and rude right to the end. I would never ever order anything from this company again and would suggest you don't either. I would check out The Futon Shop... afterwards, I found the same frame I ordered on that site for $132.24 less... also in watching a video on their mattresses, you might pay a bit more, but will definitely be receiving a quality product.
