Love my furniture and customer service has been good.
Customer service has been good. No issues getting in touch at all. I bought a wall hugger sofa, mattress, cover and pillows. Everything excellent quality. The several shipments came quickly when they said they would. I've called several times and the phone is always answered by knowledgable staff. Emails responded to immediately.
I am currently looking for a bed and another convertible futon and hope to buy again from this company.
My experience has been excellent all around and I would recommend Futon creations and DCG to anyone.
Do Not Purchase Anything From This Company
I ordered desk from them. I received an order confirmation from them. Four days later, I received another email stating the item was out of stock. I found the same desk on another website so I ordered it and canceled the DCG order. Two weeks later! I received an email from them saying the item was in stock. I wrote back again telling them to cancel it. The following day I received an email stating it was too late to cancel because the order had already shipped. I tried calling customer service several times, but only ever got a voice mail stating to leave a message? No one called back. I sent emails to customer service stating I didn't want the desk. There was no response until I wrote I was filing a dispute with American Express. Someone called " Shane" wrote back stating if I had started the dispute, there was nothing he could do. By the time Shane wrote to me, FedEx had delivered the desk. I wrote back stating I didn't want the desk, and I was not paying to ship it back. Shane wrote saying he would email me a prepaid shipping label and FedEx would come to pick up the box. This was almost two weeks ago. Shane still has not sent the label. I have a big, very heavy box with an unwanted, previously canceled desk sitting in my foyer. I am waiting on the dispute resolution. This is without a doubt the worst company I have ever dealt with. Don't buy a hankerchief from this place.
Very disappointed
We are in an unfurnished apartment so we're desperate for our furniture to arrive. We ordered a dining table almost 2 weeks ago. Apart from purchase confirmation we havent heard anything from them. It states on the website ships within 2-3 days but this isn't true. I have tried calling and emailing but no one is coming back to me. I just want to know what is happening. I will not order from them again. We ordered chairs from Crate and Barrel 2 days afterwards and they have already arrived with us. They notified us every step of the way. That is good customer service and how it should be done.
Dont have their act together
Ordered over $1,000 worth of goods from this store. #1 They put a hold on my purchase due to fraud , which took forever to clear. Once cleared, they didnt have the item I needed in stock even though the website clearly stated the item was "in stock." Complaints to the customer service email were returned with generic responses. Never got a satisfactory resolution, or apology.
