AWFUL!! Never booking with this company again. We had to wait over 90 minutes on our return at Gatwick North terminal for the car. The car was filthy dirty and dash cam on the front window screen had been removed! Staff extremely rude. Do not use this company.

They are scammers. Their drivers had an accident driving my car and never repaired or provided me with the company insurance even the police couldn’t track or get their insurance details

Drove my car, stole my perfumes and made 5 trips without my permission. Car was very dirty and clearly someone was looking for something else to steal! AVOID!!!! Thieves!!!!

I really don't undestand how they can do business with to many complaints, delays and issues.. They bring us the car after 40 minutes, dirty and with coffee all over the dashboard.. They are cowboys! Avoid!!!

I booked my parking in Terminal 5 with Heathrow Prestige Parking (06/06/2023 - 09/06/2023). When I left the car it had almost half a tank full of petrol but when I picked it up on the 8th June (I came one day earlier), the tank was on Empty.

We were told to call in within the specified time frame given which we did both outgoing and ingoing. We still waited over an hour on both journeys. Both times we were told the car is nearly with you. To still be waiting 20+ minutes. They advertise 20 to 30 minutes wait which they missed by a country mile. Communication is poor. My advice is do not use.

As everyone else has said. Didn't turn up on time. Waited 30minutes to drop off and similar time on return. Then just stopped answering the phone.
Also operate under names Quick Park and Heathrow Best Meet and Greet

We called as instructed and could get no answer from the “friendly driver” or the office helpline so after 30 minutes we had to book a last minute long term car park and arrived late at T5.
Totally useless and we will be asking fir at least a full refund!!!!!

Despite ringing 20 minutes before arriving at Heathrow terminal 4 upon arrival the driver to 45 minutes to arrive, so over 1 hour from our initial call. Despite the paperwork saying all costs were covered we had to pay the carparking fee and to cap it all my car was driven for 22 miles from initially leaving the car to it being handed back to me.

If there’s a lower then a start to give I so would. These scammers. Damaged my car and took zero responsibility. My dash cam showed the the car was taken in the middle of no where and left there. Shocking how those people are allowed to be on this site to advertise. Legal action are followed towards them. Avoid this company with all cost

This company is a disgrace, when I landed I called them to say I had landed I was then shouted at to say I gave the wrong drop off time. (My flight was 2 hours delayed) told I needed to pay £30 cash to the driver on arrival. Waited 30 mins for the car called them back to see where my car was and was told I need to do a private bank transfer to a Mr Mohammad A Mughal or I wouldn't get my car back, I then said no this isn't legal. They said okay you don't get your car and put the phone down. I had to use a strangers phone in order for them to answer my calls, i paid their ransom and finally got my car back after another 30 mins of waiting. Dreadful awful company, run by absolute crooks. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Repeatedly failed to provide a VAT receipt despite persistent requests. They must be VAT registered. This can cost business customers a lot of money since you can't reclaim 20% VAT. On drop-off I had to wait 20 minutes for the driver despite giving 30 minutes notice of arrival. Dashcam was disconnected so you can't see where they park your car. Cowboys.

Dreadful service - was promised collection driver would be with us in 10 minutes, and was then told he was actually entering the carpark; in fact he arrived 60 minutes later, so we'd been deliberately lied to. Even worse on return: 10 minute promise and more lies ended up with a 90 minute wait in the cold. Phones deliberately not answered. And we were made to pay £20 extra for entry to the car park. Driver very harassed on arrival. This company should not be in business.

ABSOLUTELY RUBBISH! Crap service!!! DO NOT USE!!! waited 35mins for them to pick up my car on my outward journey then told me I had to pay the parking ticket at £10 which was not informed about when I booked then waited 35 mins for them to turn up after I had cleared customs and them had to pay to get out of the car park, THIS IS NOT A MEET AND GREET SERVICE!

Left myself and 10 other people waiting for their cars for almost 3 hours
Told it would be 45 mins and it was 2 hours before we got our vehicle back
They literally chuck your keys at you at run off. People try to speak to them and they just point blank refused and ran away.

Terrible. Don’t use them. On the way out 1h from me calling to get my car. On my arrival I tried to give them plenty of time. Still waiting over an hour and haven’t got my car yet. Terrible don’t use

DO NOT USE. I returned from my trip 20 minutes late because flight was delayed, I informed them as requested and had no reply. When I phoned to collect my car they was in bed and told me to come back in the morning. I had to book an Hotel at 12:30am, In the morning they charged me £30 "CASH" to get my car back. When I asked for a receipt I was told to phone the number I booked it with. After having 3 different conversations still no receipt for the Cash. Bad bad Attitude with the driver who just jumped out of the car with the engine running and hadn't applied the handbrake, Great coustom service. NEVER USE AGAIN

Despite being okay from the initial booking - when I called 30 mins prior to arriving (which is EXACTLY what was suggested in email)...I had to wait c.50 mins before they appeared. The driver took no images, no walk around, no nothing...he simply didn't care.
I arrive back 3 weeks later, called them as per EXACTLY their instructions when I returned - 55 mins after calling I received my car back, with 50 miles on the clock and looking like crap, and covered in mud....it's a good job the car i used was the airport runner, and I honestly do not care about it.
I would not recommend these lot - there are tonnes of companies out there that are better, and more reliable.

It is a shame that in modern day Britain this company is allowed to operate with impunity. We were tricked by low price of £79 per 8 days and booked with them. When we arrived it turned out that they were 4 separate fees they did not include and overall cost would be about £100 with those fees. I told their driver it is outrageous that they exclude those fees and customers need to pay them separately, I promised the driver to leave negative review for that reason alone. Guess what happened? They returned the car after we arrived and one of the rear tyres was slashed to the side. Not from the bottom - to the side! It was completely flat when we arrived home in 20 minutes. So I tried to complain to them afterwards.
They have this post on their website: "We are aiming to provide the best and quality services to our customers. Once we receive any complaint from our customers, we deal with it seriously. If you have any complaint regarding the parking service, behavior, or any issue please feel free to contact us via email at info_deals4parking.co.uk"
But this is how they in fact responded to my complaint: "Thank you for providing us feedback on your recent Meet & Greet service booked via our website with your chosen supplier Super Saver Meet & Greet. Please note, we do not take the customer vehicles ourselves and only act as booking agents. As per our booking terms, all complaints with regard to parking services including delays, loss/damage etc. are dealt with by the respective service provider.". And gave us the same phone number for the guy who is apparently sitting in a far away country and just connects various branches of this outfit with the customers, blocking them once the complaints start to come. They don't sign any email messages trying to stay totally anonymous. When we challenged them about how they not follow their own proclamations when handling our complaint - they simply stopped responding.
We assume Deals4parking, aka SuperSaver Meet&Greet aka Quick Park Ltd are the same people.
We expected to pay £79 for the holiday parking - now we paid already over £400 (including a new tyre fitting) and the costs will be mounting because we will take legal action. Police received our report with full details. Promised to take action. Heathrow airport office has received our report. Promised to take auction. Office of London mayor has received our report. Promised to take action. Trading Standards office is about to receive our full review of the case. British Parking association looking into it.
But from the previous reviews here it is extraordinary how much grief this outfit has caused over recent years with complete impunity and still no action has been taken to bring them to the account.

When I booked a meet and greet service that is exactly what I would expect
Theses people left my car in Heathrow airport with an exit ticket on the dash and keys on the front wheel
It was dirty and had used plenty of petrol
At no point was I told the key was there until a driver from another company showed me where to look
