Diabolical service DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they are not even worthy a star rating which is mandatory for rating purpose. I left my car with them for 10 days, clean and polished, my car was returned covered in bird sh**, wheels covered in mud and carpets in drivers footwell also covered in Mud. I am a non-smoker and the interior of my car smelt of cigar or cigarette. Complained vis email but no response. Now looking to seek refund through small claims court and pass the company details to Trading Standards as well as Inland Revenue. This company appears to be bogus and is not registered with Company House and appears to be registered by a Ghost Organisation which will require investigation. PLEASE AVOID AVOID AVOID

The company is completely a scam and ran by rogues with Indian accents. They collected our vehicle and brought it back as we returned from our holiday. When they brought it back the driver kept moving the vehicle which really had my suspicions going, I was wondering why he didn’t just park it and leave it there. I found out wing mirror was hanging off and the side of our car with a dent and a hole in at the bottom where it had caught. I done a walk around but the mirror you could not see until the wind caught it and the hole was below the car door. When you have 3 kids you don’t notice these things right away as you want them in the car and home.

Absolute Rubbish! The owner MOHAMMAD USMAN MUGHAL should be jailed! Drop Off was 50 minutes late and no communication at all. Not answering calls. Collection they hid the car and left the key on the wheel without even telling me. Car was driven at least 50 miles and was much dirtier inside and out when it was returned.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They are truly awful. First of all, the handover and collection process is a total shambles. You have to call a mobile number for them to come and meet you, and you can barely understand them and they just randomly shout things at you and it is completely unclear what is supposed to happen. When you eventually do get some sense from them he will likely have to wait at least half an hour before anybody appears to help you. Luckily we were in plenty of time or we could’ve really struggled to make our flight. Second exactly the same thing happened on collection. We waited nearly an hour, and when the car eventually did turn up, they had clearly driven about 50 miles or more in it. Third there was significant damage to the car and we collected it. Large hole in the sunroof.

Absolute nightmare upon departure, numerous calls were made to number stated, they said they would be 15 mins to collect our car and it ended up being over an hour. Only just made our flight! On way back it was a little better but definitely would not use again or recommend

Absolutely dreadful! Searched for park and ride. thought that I had booked park and ride, then, after paying, was told it was meet and greet. Tried to cancel (did eventually) but is cost me £30 admin fee. This is a scam. how can it still be allowed to operate?

I am led to believe it's a scam service. They didn't turn up and left me high and dry. Local parking vendors told me it's a scam service so be careful. Going through my credit card company now to recover the money owed as unable to contact them directly. Stay well clear if I was you.

Be prepared to wait for about 30mins for your drop off and over an hour for pick up with numerous calls over 8 with a condescending reception. Awful service! Never again.

on the way in, you're advised to ring 30 minutes before. i rang 40 minutes before. I arrived at 18:07 and they didnt collect my car until 19:35 - i missed my flight. to top it off, you have to pay for the time spent in the car park waiting for them, which in my case was 90 minutes. This is definitely a 1 man operation. I rang the guy 11 times according to my call log, and every time was told he was "just coming in to the car park" over the course of 90 minutes.... He was also annoyed with me for ringing him. Great service eh? If you're late just say you're late so people can plan...

On the way back, same story but only 6 calls over a 65 minute period. progress i guess. oh also i again had to pay additionally for the fee of coming into the car park. again.

This is a one man job, with no affiliation (hence having to pay the barrier fee each time on top of what you actually pay for). My car had also done 26 miles in between being dropped off and picked up. Who'd have figured

Might as well pay your friend to be your "meet and greet", it would be far quicker. cheaper, and you wouldnt have to deal with this bloke

Appalling company, don’t answer phones, car not inspected, late, rude, car driven 50 miles, car filthy, cash stolen from car, key left on tyre on return. Avoid at all cost!

Again would give 0 stars if I could. Car returned with damage to rear door, dirty mug left and loads of mud inside and out. Over 100 miles done. Driver dropping off car made a quick exit and now I know why.
Have made a complaint but not heard anything. No one answering the helpline. Please do not use this company.

Honestly if I could leave zero I would, they were super unprofessional I waited 40mins for my car and when it came back it was rotten, it had clearly been used on some sortt of motorway journey, when I called the company with my complaint the man was so rude, he called me a female dog and said he would spit in my face and I'm not his only customer as I wassuper annoyed my car was dirty and had bird poo all over it which damages the paint work, the driver had also spilled coffee in my car, ad after waiting 40mins for my car Honestly it being dirty when I cleaned it before I went away is the last thing you need after a 8hour flight, this is a bootleg company and its not worth not spending the extra money to leave it with heathrow,there rude and clearly take advantage of people and use their cars,I can not stress enough they are rude scam artists and should be shut down, the customer service is rude and unprofessional and I would never recommend these con men,,not even to my worst enemy, I wish I saw the reviews before booking, as a single mum you try to save money but they are a disgrace, and to speak to female that way too I mean what type of company is this, to say I'm outraged is an understatement!!!!

I'm only giving this review one star because it won't let me give it zero! 20 minutes late when I dropped off (I had already notified them 40 minutes prior that I would be there at the agreed time) and 45 minutes late on collection despite giving plenty of notice I would be there at the agreed time.

Rude and arrogant - do not use!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY:
I booked this company from 18/01/23 - 25/01/23, the man who picked up the car was very friendly and directed me to the pick up point. I had to extend my stay by two days, I called to rearrange pick up time and date, quoted £50 cash for the extra days. Told them I don't do cash in hand - eventually prior to delivering car, I received a link to pay the cash into Mr Mohammad A MUGAL personal account (maybe a few enquiries should be made from HMRC). My car was filthy, fuel used, mileage increased substantially, both front mats were covered in muck, so obviously my car was used whilst they had it. Definitely will not use this company again.

Didn't arrive in time so I had to book through another otherwise would have missed my flight.

Awful cowboy outfit - can't even call them a company. Phone number we were given to call rang out and answerphone message full. Once at the airport another phone number called us to collect the car but this pushed the price of the short stay car park up as we had been there so long. On return we landed about 10pm. They called and said we were the last flight of the day and they didn't want to wait any longer. We said to wait for us to get our baggage as agreed. We called the number back when we got our baggage and our number had been blocked!!! we went to the car park to find our car sat there with the keys in, and the car park ticket in the wipers. Cost us more to get out due to length of time car had been in the short stay car park!! absolutely horrendous. Who can these criminals be reported too??

Booked online. The phone number given that we were supposed to call on arrival, no answer.
After 17 calls they eventually answered and met us on car park. We didn't realise we still had to pay 2x £6 charge for both drop offs!
Car taken to Slough and driven 60 miles. (Tracker on car )
No answer again when we returned to UK on phone number again eventually answered and promised 'driver there'. Again checked tracker, and car still in Slough.
Eventually arrived but dirty inside and out. Waiting on freezing car park both times trying to call a number that doesn't answer.
Overall a stressful experience that we won't be repeating.

1 star is being overly generous for Prestige Meet & Greet, this company along with all others on the compare the parking website all work for eachother. When arriving, a guy that worked with the trolleys at north terminal said the minute we got out the car to be careful as people had recently had their car stolen. That then put me on edge, so when the driver arrived I asked him what the address of the office base is and he said he didn't know. So I called the number that is provided on the email confirmation and he is very rude and doesn't let you get a word in. We then had to put trust in leaving the car with them as we had no other option. When waiting for our car today after arriving back from holiday, it took about 1 and a half hours. They advise you it'll take 25-30 minutes max, you call them to chase they say 'yeah they'll be there soon 5-10 mins'' that time then passes and you chase again. He then told us that the driver was at the level we was on for ages but it was our fault as we hadn't gone over to Row E. Turns out they brought the incorrect car, he was getting abrupt on the phone and would say it's our fault. After chasing for the last time the guy arrived, he was lovely.
However, save the hassle, stress and anxiety by just booking a taxi, public transport or getting someone to drop you off. I spoke to a lady whilst I was waiting and she had the same issue, her husband ended up going to look for the car with help of a taxi driver and found it outside Best Western hotel up the road from Gatwick RH6 8QF. I hope this is helpful as I wish I looked more into reviews further before booking.

The most horrendous experience ever. Complete cowboys. Turned up an hour late to 'meet and greet' us with no apology and then charged us £15 for the short stay car park fee where they arranged to meet us as we had been waiting for an hour. Refused to take car unless it was paid but didn't threaten this until we were in customs ready to go and texted us to say they wouldn't take the car. On return, again, I texted from abroad to confirm they could meet us on time, no reply. On landing I called, no reply. Eventually after 7 attempts they picked up and said call again when we had baggage. We had baggage five minutes later they then said they would get the car over 30 minutes later, having said they were 10 mins from the airport. An hour and a quarter later they still did not turn up. The 'ringleader' or owner, whoever he was (name never given) said the driver was on the ramp up to the terminal in a queue, there was no queue when we eventually got hold of the driver, he was still ten minutes drive away. It was a completely horrible experience and a nasty end to our trip. When the driver arrived he was agressive, rude and refused to give me my key until I paid the short stay parking fee in front of him (which was not mentioned on booking anyway!!!) .Just horrendous, please stay away.
