Stay away from these thieves!
I had things stolen from my car, promised calls back but none. They do not reply to emails.

DO NOT USE THESE TOTAL COWBOYS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE.
WE HAS TO WAIT FOR OVER AN HOUR BOTH WAYS AND THE CAR BACK LIGHTS WERE SMASHED WHEN ITVWAS RETURNED. THEY DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES OR RETURN ANY E MAILS.

We had parking booked via deals4parking at heathrow. On the morning of our flight we called the number 60 times with no reply at all. We ended up finding alternative parking for our holiday, not ideal stress you need at 5am when trying to get a flight.
The haven't responded to any emails at all since so looks like a small claims court case will be on its way to recoup the costs due to their breach of contract.
Avoid at all costs!

I booked parking but my flight with BA cancelled so I sought to cancel my parking.
I'm finding it very difficult to contact them by any means.

I used Prestige Parking at Heathrow Terminal 5 and booked through Deals4Parking...

When dropping my car off: I called 30 mins in advance of my arrival to Heathrow as instructed so they would be prepared for my arrival, when I arrived no one was there to greet me, I called the number again and they informed me someone was there to meet me, no one was there, I waited a further 10 minutes and no one arrived, and called again, they informed me that the person that was supposed to greet me only collected 2 cars instead of 3 (mine being the 3rd one) and had left the airport (as they are not based at the airport...) They informed me someone would be with me in 15 minutes I waited a further 25 minutes and no one arrived, I called the same number back numerous times and no one answered, eventually they answered on my 5th attempt of calling, when they answered someone had just arrived so I informed the guy on the phone of his arrival. I had to wait at total of 50 minutes from when I arrived at Heathrow until some came to "meet and greet" me!! Defeats the point of Meet and Greet! When someone eventually arrived there was no apology at all and didn't even offer help getting my luggage out the car.

When collecting my car: I called their mobile number when I was collecting my luggage from the luggage collection point as instructed, my snowboard bag was slightly delayed so made me slightly delayed, they called me on my mobile and said they couldn't wait any longer so they had left my car key on top of the drivers side tyre (I have pictures) and the car park ticket on the dashboard!! (I have pictures) Anyone could of seen my key which was clearly in view, accessed my car, paid the car park ticket and stole my car!! Before I went on holiday I had my car cleaned professionally inside and out, when I returned to my car at Heathrow it was covered in mud..... all over the outside, windows, front bumper, wheels etc, also on the inside, the drivers door, trims, floor, etc... the car was in such a mess!! (I have pictures). I will never use these guys again and strongly recommend everyone reading this not to use them! I also sent them an email 5 days ago detailing all of the above, no one has responded!! Absolutely disgusting service leaving me no other option than to write this review to try prevent it happening to anyone else.

LEFT MY KEY ON MY WHEEL FOR ANYONE TO TAKE MY CAR. THEN FOUND THE FRONT BUMPER TOTALLY SMASHED UP AND NO PLATE BROKEN.
THEY HAVE IGNORED ALL EMAILS SO WILL BE SUEING THEM. STAY AWAY THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL IN ANY MANNER

Late service and the car was covered in bird poo. Didn't answer the phone while we were waiting in car park.

Shocking company, do not use Prestige Parking. It took two weeks for somebody to answer a phone, when I needed to change my booking. No reply to numerous emails or messages. Return of the car took 55 minutes, which is not welcome after flying for 18 hours

Excellent Service!! We got stuck in stand still traffic on my M25 on our way to the airport which resulted in us only having a 5 minute window to drop our car off and check our bags in before check in closed.Obviously we thought that was impossible so we called the parking company to let them know we wouldn't be able to make it. They told us to leave the car in their zone and they would find it and take it back but just to do what we needed to do to make our flight. We ditched the car in what we thought was the correct place and managed to make our flight with seconds to spare. We later found out that we had left our car in completely the wrong area and our car had almost been towed, but thanks to these guys it didn't, and we didn't come home to a huge towing fee!! Absolute Hero's, we definitely wouldn't have made our flight without them!!! When we arrived back in England I realised I had been overly cautious when booking my arrival slot and it meant we had to wait around for over an hour. They said that they would do their best to get to us sooner and within 20 minutes we had our car!! Honestly thank you so so much guys. We've got a few more holiday booked this year and wouldn't use anybody else!!
P.s. this was at terminal 5 Heathrow

Just got our car back with a flat tyre, 2 big scratches along the side, and the rear indicator light housing smashed and obvious collision damage on the back bumper, delivery driver ran offsaying he had another customer, we called and have sent pics to them so next step is small claims court if they do not sort this out.

i book with Prestige Parking meet & Greet, using Deals4Parking as a bridge and the service was just teriible. Call in advance and in the time bracket requested. It took the driver a further 35 mins to arrive.
Even worse on arrival back took an hour and 40 mins to delver the car. Excuses and refusal to answer the phone. Never again! I recommend using heathrow official car parks

Late to meet when you drop the car off. Used them 3 weeks ago and was an hour to bring car back. Blamed on traffic. Promised me one off so I booked them again for yesterday. 45 mins wait. They say it’s an 8 mile journey from car park. Not convinced. Told to email in to complain. Found this site whilst I am still searching for an email so leaving review instead. Avoid!

We Had to Wait 50min for them to pick up the car even after calling them 30 min before we got there and had to pay £12 parking before they would take the Car.
And over 2 hr for them to bring the car to us on the return trip.
with 3 children this is not good service, and had to us different phones to call as when thay saw my number would not answer

The worst company i paid and they agreed to pick his car from the hotel and they messed up and never show up these are rude abusive and shambolic company which needs to close down

I have used this company a number of times at Heathrow airport. Always courteous and friendly. Yes I have had to wait up to 30 minutes for my van to arrive, I don't believe that is much of a problem as traffic in this area can be heavy and slow, such is life.
Problem on my last trip when van delivered to me, all sorted to my satisfaction.
I have just looked at the reviews on here, I think people put reviews when bad, how about when things go well. Put a review in.

Never ever again. Late and lied re timings. Worst meet and greet service ever experienced.. Also charge extra £11 cash for the car park ticket without wanting you

I apologise now for the length of this review, but feel it is necessary to explain the incompetence, lies and deceit we experienced.
Having booked a meet and greet at Heathrow terminal 2 on the 10th February 2022 and following all instructions, calling 30 minutes before arrival and again on arrival at the car park we were kept waiting for 45 minutes after arrival at the car park.
I called the mobile number provided to chase up the driver after 15 minutes and was told the driver was nearly there. I called again after 30 minutes and was told the driver was in the airport tunnel minutes away, and that we wouldn't experience this problem on our return. I called again numerous times after 40 minutes and was ignored, eventually the driver turned up after 45 minutes and I had to pay for the parking ticket in order for him to leave the car park which had gone up to the next payment stage due to out time hanging around.
By the time we got into the terminal, dropped off our bags we barely had time to get to the gate, completely ruining the start to our trip.
On return we called the contact number when we were at the baggage reclaim as instructed and were told the car would be at the car park in 20 minutes, I questioned if this was accurate because of our previous problems and was told categorically yes.
We proceeded out of the baggage reclaim across to the car park and proceeded to wait and wait and wait.
I again called the office after waiting for 30 minutes and guess what I was fed the same lies as before, the driver is in the Airport tunnel and will be with you in a couple of minutes.
The driver turned up after 45 minutes again and said " you have been waiting a long time haven't you, I know this because they threw the keys at me 8 minutes ago and told me to hurry up, this happens all the time".
This company will lie to you, ignore your calls, keep you waiting and they don't have a booth on site like all the other meet and greet companies.
They are an absolute disgrace, their add says enjoy a stress free meet and greet experience, well it was anything but, a truly awful experience, so please book with one of the other companies who offer a true meet and greet experience with none of the hassle.
By the time you pay the parking ticket for the driver to leave and again on your arrival they are no cheaper than the other companies that do offer a stress free meet and greet experience.

dropped the car waiting about 1hour and collect awaiting 45 minutes and car was damage on driver side rear door have couple of scratch and dent bottom of the rear door. don't use this company. driver was give the car and before inspection he was escape.

Prestige Parking -

Booked through Deals4Parking. Absolute terrible service with appalling customer service. Half an hour late when we dropped off the car for departure. Damaged the car on return. Before we could even finish the inspection of the car (1.5hours late despite having all the required details of arrival) the driver had vanished. On attempting to report the issue we had nothing but rude and sarcastic responses. During one of our exchanges on the phone to return the car we said we would come and pick it up ourselves their response was to refuse to tell us where our property was being kept.

Awful company to deal with.Because I was late into car park by 15 mins,they said I owed them £30 to return to pick up my car,then I had to pay for them to enter and leave the car park.On return I phoned them to bring my car ,said I was late,my flight had been delayed because of fog at Heathrow . Eventually after 3 phone calls and 90 minutes wait they turned up ,when questioned the blamed the traffic .Never use this company rip off merchants ,nothing in emails about excess charge when late,or having to pay for car park .Pa car is not kept at Heathrow , Proberly at a field somewhere .RANT OVER AND OUT .
