DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. I waited well over an hour for my car to come. Nobody met me and I certainly wasn’t greeted. I was simply told that “it wasn’t their fault that they had to clean the frost from my car”. The operator in the telephone was rude and unhelpful. I advise you to use a more reputable company.

We parked at heathrow had to pay parking charges in and out and even more on way in as we was stood waiting for them
On return the vehicle had done 19 miles the wheels filthy and chunks out of new alloy wheels
They asked I emailed them to sort which I have and no reply

I used Deal4Parking and I must say that I was extremely satisfied.
They have literally perfected their Airport parking services.
Car Collection Staff were super friendly and my car was in the same condition when I returned from my trip.
I urge you to save money, time and headache by using their outstanding Airport Car Parking Services. 🚗 🙏🏿💗

Do not use this company; i say company it is a one man job,con man.

Damged our car, windows smashed and side or car all damaged. Replaced the window without telling us and we only noticed once leaving thr multistorey due to the glass all over the seats and the window not being a mercedes one.

He is now saying a tree hit it but didnt think of telling us.

Police called and going with a small claims court

The worst company I have ever used! Please do not use this company. We were a bit late dropping of the car and they made us wait 11/2 hours before coming to collect the car. They also requested we pay an extra 15 GBP for being late. On our return, which was earlier than the state date, they made us wait another over an hour before bringing the car. The wheels had dirt and fuel was low, meaning they had been using the car! We never got our change back for the money we paid. They only use different mobile numbers for communication. It is a big scam of a company! Avoid by any means, please pay a bit more extra for the safety of your car!

Booked with this company for parking at Bristol Airport at the end of November. Got a call from them when we were 15 mins from the airport to say that there was no space available for our car! You have been warned!

Do not use this company. I only read the reviews after paying for meet and greet at Heathrow being left waiting in the short stay for 40 minutes then told they were not coming. had to pay another £140 to another company to get me out of trouble! (Thanks to the guy from Purple Parking who managed to arrange a company to take my car away) I have emailed the company and sent their online complaints form for a refund but no response. Please do not use you will have a bad experience based on all the reviews!!!

If i could give 0 i would. SHAMBLES of a company, nearly missed flight because they kept us waiting well over an hour to collect the vehicle (after the half hour trying to call the giffgaff mobile which went straight to answerphone) so 90 minutes to drop off the car and coming back they left us and our baby, standing in the 2 degrees cold for 1 hour and 15 minutes to bring it back, they told us half hour!.

The company is an absolute joke!

I had no response from either the manage booking form on line or emails.
On further investigation I noticed that they do not provide a company address
I checked with companies house they are not a limited company. Even though they say follow us on deals4forparking.Ltd.
I am going to complain to trading standards to get this company shut down.

They kept us waiting for one hour and 15 minutes at 8 o’clock in the morning. I suspect they overslept.

Hopeless for a meet and greet parking service.

my car was filthy when returned looked like it had been parked under a tree and covered in bird poo.
also god knows where they park but i had 29miles

Kept me waiting for 50 minutes to drop my car costing me more in parking charges and nearly missed my flight !
Then kept me waiting an hour when I got home in the cold and had to pay again to get my car out !
Driver told me he was agency and not to go with a cheap company !!
Also my car had been driven an extra 30 miles !!

Don't be fooled by the cheaper price, you have to an additional £10 for car parking charges.

Should be 0 stars - used my car while I was away , car done an extra 500 miles in 3 days

Booked my car and on arrival I have noticed 60k of miles extra on my car!

Do not use this service. Not only was the communication poor and hidden factors such as having to pay for the short term parking at drop off and pick up, our car has a tracker device and it was driven SIX times during the week that it should have been stored.

I have the exact destinations and postcodes it was moved to.

I really thought these days were gone, clearly not. So disappointing.

I had the misfortune to use this company in October. I
had booked to drop my car off and be taken to terminal 5 but recieved an email saying 'due to Covid' I was being upgraded to a meet and greet and to drive to the terminal where someone would take my car and park it, and then be there to collet me when I arrived back.
As I dropped my car off I took a note of the mileage.
On arrival I also took a note of the mileage. Somehow 47 miles were driven, unauthorised in my car, and it was muddy on the floor in the back.

I have phoned, emailed and have had no response and have now been advised by Citizens Advise to take the company to the small claims court, which I shall do for the petrol and cleaning.

Suggest others do the same, for any extra expense etc

I booked meet and greet parking at Heathrow through deals 4 parking with prestige parking. Poor experience throughout. Any telephone communication with company was curt bordering on rude. Driver was over 1 hour 15mins late to meet me at car park at drop off and took over 30 minutes to meet me at car park at pick up. I had to pay extra £11 short stay parking charge at drop off and extra £5 short stay parking charge at pick up. There was no warning that these charges would be incurred. I will never use this company again.

This is a con man. Do not book with Deals for parking. Just a rude man making excuse after excuse. Made me and my children wait for hours for our car. Paid for park and ride but they choose to change it. When I complained I was told “should have paid more and used a better company”. Really rude and made me paid £5 to get out of the car park. Even admitted to me there is no one else to complain to…

Terrible company as had a bit of trouble dropping off but then my daughter had to wait 2 hours to get her car back. Do not know where it was parked but will update this if there is any damage or anything not right inn the car when she gets home from Heathrow. Do not use this company, I should have known something was up as accidently put my mobile so emailed them before her trip to tell them correct mobile but got no reply
