worst service I have been through. I booked with insurance in December which meant that I will get my money back if I cancel in good time. I wrote to the company a hundred emails before they replied that they should give me a voucher code instead.
I said fine because I travel alot anyways.
Now when i am going to book and use the code it does not work on the website and when i called the owner he was so nasty and rude and he hanged up the phone on me

Me and my partner parked our car through deals4parking at Stansted Airport. After making the booking i read some of the bad reviews i was a bit sceptical, however i now understand it is only a comparison site offering parking deals at different airports and not service provider and all have to say is service was good and value for money and will be using again

WE HAVE HAD TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH DEAL 4 PARKING
I will advise anyone to not book and go ahead with them, they are very unprofessional and unreliable. From the second I handed my car over I began to have doubts as first the man provided me with a wrong name, and there he took no pictures of my mileage or car exterior, no receipt was given, it was very unprofessional and not assuring for me as a customer. On the return from y holiday I waited one hour with my family for them to return my car !- VERY UNHAPPY, DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!

Deals4parking.co.uk are an absolutely disgusting outfit. The Meet and Greet service advertised a friendly driver they asked us to call 30 mins from Stansted who didn’t answer the phone after 40 mins of calling. The instructions said go to the Orange short term car park and the driver would meet you - he didn’t show up! I eventually spoke to the driver who said, I have 4 bookings all at the same time and wouldn’t be there for another 45 minutes. By that time I would have missed the flight - that’s if he did eventually turn up, which I must admit didn’t believe. He then said take the car key with you and leave the car there. I was extremely reluctant to do that as the car park had a £60 a day charge and if my car was left there it would cost £840 to get it out. I pleaded with deals4parking.co.uk to help by going to my house and collecting the spare key, they didn’t respond. I have complained 6 times and they have just ignored all of my calls and emails. I eventually had to ask a friend to collect my car key and move my car to avoid the £840 bill.
This Company are to be avoided at all costs. If you book with them you will totally regret it.
When we returned to Stansted the driver said I have no drivers. That just rubbed salt into the wound.

As bad as it can get... not only that I have waited over an hour to get my car, I ended up being taken in the middle of nowhere to collect the car my self just after 1AM !!!.. that's the good part... Just to find my car dirty inside, with the dash cam disconnected and the SD CARD from the dash cam removed and missing...I would definitely not recommend them...

Stanstead super saver meet and great. Poor service, we were delayed due to flight cancellations failed to send a receipt for the extra money charged and demanded that it was sent to personal bank account. Clearly a tax scam. Then on return made us pay to get out the car park and followed us out with our paying. A complete scam of a company avoid at all costs.

Very satisfied with level of service and customer support. Very satisfied and highly recommended
