Unbelievably bad service
Unbelievably bad service. While it’s not hard to reach them they will just tell you what you want to hear but won’t action any of it. They don’t contact the lenders on time and your interest will continue to grow meaning your debt will only increase. They also charge %50 of your debt amount as a service charge so if you own £10,000 you will now be paying around £20,000. Good luck, and stay away!
