Your organisation and employee team has taken such a weight off my mind. I'd highly recommend you and I'm so thankful during these turbulence of times, I feel valued, supported and not just out of your roles, through actual compassion.
At any point, we can lose our way. Thank you always to Emily plus today Kim. Please keep up your marvellous work as I'm highly vulnerable but still recognise when people are kind.
Emily needs a promotion as if I were her manager, she would be first on my radar to recognise her outstanding abilities.

Friendly and Empathetic
I spoke to Kim who was really empathetic and friendly on the phone. She was understanding about my circumstances, let me take my time with providing her the information she needed, and fully explained everything to me. Really helped with my anxiety around my debt.
