I was very sceptical at first when I rang debt free for me. I dealt with Aki who very quickly put my mind at rest. He has been very thorough from the start and has kept in contact with me throughout the entire process, letting me know what happens at each stage. I'm looking forward to being debt free, I have a way to go yet but I honestly don't think I would've ever done it without Aki and his help

I was really struggling with debt and was sick of calls and letters all the time from creditors, one phone call changed everything, Aki who was dealing with my debt management plan was so helpful and a really nice person to talk to and go through the process with, always kept me up to date and if I had any problems he gave me his mobile number for out of hours. Couldn't have asked for anymore! Now I'm on my way to becoming debt free, no more letters no more calls, no more worries, just wish I done it alot sooner than I did, if your struggling, give them a call, you won't regret it

Yh they were helpful but until I know the creditors we will accept my proposal I'm still anxious but yes have been very helpful
