Not only do we supply diving equipment and services but we provide dive and swimming training in our Eco Friendly Pool.

Good Vendor - just!!!

Excellent equipment and the delivery was reasonable, but their communication was deplorable.

Before placing an order call them - they never answer!

Shockingly awful! If you do anything before placing an order call their ‘customer service’ number which is 0191 253 6220. When you wait on the line for over an hour and no one replies - ever - that speaks volumes about what happens when your order never arrives and you try to make contact.

Needless to say their email responses are terrible as well.

Apologies that you have had a poor customer service experience on this occasion. We have had issues with our phone system which we hope will be rectified this week. Additionallly we took the decision to close our retail as we were not getting the footfall - though customers will be able to try items on at our trade counter.

Fab swimsuit

This is a fab swimsuit for a fantastic price. Doesn’t go stretchy like some others. Really pleased.

ABSOLUTE SHAMBLES - AVOID

Ordered goods a month ago. No subsequent contact despite emailing several times. Nobody picks ever up the phone or replies to voice mails. Only responded once I claimed the money back through my credit card company. Lesson to me to check the reviews! AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Product price - Good. Communication poor

Price for the product was good. The length of time it took to get to me was ok, the way they handled the exchange and refund was the best part. Communication is extremely poor, telephones are never answered and you’re lucky to get someone respond to an email.
The prices are good because the level of service is poor overall.

Uncontactable

Ordered goods in August not received them. Should be 7 12 days for delivery. No way to track the order they do not answer the phone or emails. Have they gone bust?

COMPLETE SHAMBLES

This company may good in certain areas but definitely should not dabble in retail! They are completely under staffed & should not attempt to sell if they have not got the capacity to do so?
Absolutely awful customer service (non existent) i.e phone number doesn't exist & emails seldom answered! Ordered a mask/ snorkel/ fin set for my holiday 3 weeks prior but was not aware at check-out that this item was not in stock & needed to be ordered from Italy (I'm a UK resident!) Unfortunately I went on holiday without above items..! Complete shambles...AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I finally received my goods later than…

I finally received my goods later than originally expected. No correspondence to let me know they will be late. No one answers the phone I phoned 37 times over a few days and no one picked up once. I only got reply via email after letting them know I’m going to trading standards. Could be a great business if management got replaced!
