Ordered Cressi Calibro Mirror goggles…

Ordered Cressi Calibro Mirror goggles from them on the 2nd of August. Now 22nd of August, email and phone calls later without getting to talk to anyone. Finally got through today to be told no stock after they said different on site. Avoid this company. Horrific communication.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service. Slightly delayed order dispatch but when I emailed to query it, I received a speedy response and my item arrived as promised. Excellent quality product and I'd happily order again from Deep Blue Dive.com

Excellent service

The suit I wanted wasn’t in stock so I changed it to another make. Deep blue dive replied to my emails straight away and I received my wetsuit the next day after they the email telling me they had dispatched it .
Excellent service and very helpful, can’t fault them.

Love this shop

Love this shop. Only one downside is trying to get in touch via the phone. It takes ages. That aside the shop is a deserved 10/10 service.

My only issue was the lack of…

My only issue was the lack of communication when an order is not straightforward, as I had to chase them about an item that was holding my order up. But they are prompt in sorting any issues that are in their power to do so.
