Excellent service from Deeside Heating. Received a phone to give us time of arrival. Very polite staff informed us of the problem with the overflow which the have fixed. I would definitely recommend them to other people.

The plumber did a great job. He found the problem where the leaking water is coming from and he was able to fix the problem.

Very good and very prompt service, mainly needed in critical times. Service provider was very patient, explained and answered all queries, knowledgeable in subject, good documentation and overall very good service.

Excellent service after I called Deeside Heating due to a boiler fault, they arrived later that same day and diagnosed the issue and explained the next steps. They had the boiler up and running later that week.

Unfortunately while performing the service, another fault was detected. They outlined the options of continuing to repair an out of warranty boiler, or opt for a replacement. I chose to get a replacement which they completed without a hitch. Every engineer involved was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had.

Would not hesitate to recommend.

First Class installation of new boiler, so informative with all instructions was a bit tricky with re-routing of existing pipes but was overcome, have no hesitation if you are looking for a professional company to do any boiler/heating works

We had a leak at a radiator in the bathroom and the water was dripping through our kitchen ceiling. With no knowledge of local engineers, I randomly picked Deeside from my Google choice. Iam glad I did. Vicki went above and beyond to get an engineer to us and Keiran was prompt, efficient and personable. He fixed the leak, checked boiler was up to pressure and bled radiators. I have no hesitance in recommending this company

Great service from Deeside Heating and in particular David. Installation completed on schedule, on cost and in a very clean efficient manner. A key component did not arrive on time but Deeside heating took time on a Sunday to complete and commission the boiler.

Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Deeside Heating! They have done various jobs from Worcester boiler service/cylinder problems etc at my own home and gas safety check and plumbing issues at rental property. Efficient from start to finish from initial contact with David who responded quickly to my query, Vicky in the office to arrange works and, of course, Dave, Kieran and Kyle who carried out the work.
