Very very poor customer service do not…

Very very poor customer service do not order from this retailer. they have absolutely no ability to correct errors on the orders and instead have a pathetic response that you should receive the products and wait significantly longer for the correct order.

Poor quality of fabric, great design selection

Ordered from them twice from Canada. Once in Nov 2018 and other in Nov 2019. The first time the shipment arrived, although took 2 months was of great quality and fabric. Fast forward a year later, they seemed to have changed sourcing of the tshirt fabric. Cotton was stiff and not pleasant to wear. On top of paying for customs duty, makes this purchase overly expensive. Still has one of the better designs selection out there for tshirts.

Not happy

I purchased 2 shirts and a mouse pad in support of my favorite streamer @lordkebun and the shirts were poorly printed. And the mouse pads edge stitching was really bad in comparison to cheaper pads.

Highly recommended!

I've had nothing but good experiences with this company. The quality of the shirts is completely acceptable, and they have a wide variety of unique designs to choose from. Highly recommended!

Awesome t.shirts!

The designs of these t.shirts are so unique! They are true to size and the delivery was on time. The only minor problem was that on the white t. shirts there was some color transfer but we just washed them and it came straight off. Highly recommend!

Do not order from this company

Do not order from this company! I placed an order months ago and had to return 5/6 of the items I purchased. I wanted an exchange, but they lost my order and my exchange never came. After trying to contact customer service 8 times about this, they finally got back to me and I told them I wanted a full refund. It took them a few more weeks to issue the refund, and its for significantly less money then I paid. The 1 item I kept was a pair of leggings that are completely see threw, I wore them once and they have already ripped. Horrible clothing and worse customer service. I now have to get a layer to get my money back. Terrible experience!!

I've ordered from them twice

I've ordered from them twice. First time the shipping took awhile but the shirt was cute. The second time, the shipping was very very late for a christmas gift. Looking up the order showed that it was stuck somewhere (the tracking message didn't make a lot of sense -- appeared that it was stuck awaiting postage?). It was clearly not going to arrive for Christmas so I cancelled. The good news is that they cancelled and refunded my money right away. So, it's a bit of a gamble. If you're in love with the design and wiling to wait, might be worth it.

Poor service

Like a lot of people here I’ve ordered from this company a few years ago and had no issues. However, I also purchased a Christmas present at the end of November and only just received it when it’s now almost 2020. There was no email warning me how my order was never shipped, moreover it was finally shipped over a week after I got in contact about my items. The reason for the delay was technical difficulties in processing my order which is understandable, but the lack of communication meant I had no time to send a replacement Christmas present. Moreover, I should’ve been contacted about this and should not have had to chase the company up once it passed it’s arrival date. I was offered the shipping cost refunded which I appreciated, however every email I received was unhelpful to the situation and just tried to shut down the correspondence. The product quality is good and the items are what I wanted, but I wouldn’t order from this site unless you’re prepared to wait a while for the delivery.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

I ordered a sweatshirt for my brother for Christmas on November 29. I was emailed by DBH last week saying they were behind on shipments, but that my shipment would be here by Christmas eve so not to worry....it is now December 28th and I still have not received my package that I ordered on NOVEMBER 29th.

Took over 2 1\2 weeks for them to…

Took over 2 1\2 weeks for them to actually ship my order, then I find out it will be another two weeks for my order to actually be delivered. They blamed it on the upcoming holiday season, however I placed the order December 1st. They did not ship it until the 18th. So it seems like they waited long enough just to blame it on the holidays.

This will be a 2 stage review because I haven't received the t-shirts yet.... This review is the order/customer service process ONLY.
I placed an order for 3 t-shirts for my son then realized I could also order for my daughters when the 10% brought the total down below the $75 costing me more in shipping so I wrote customer service right away and said "Message: I ordered to quickly and wanted to cancel it so I could add a couple of more t-shirts so I could take advantage of the 10% discount and free shipping. I do not want to add more shirts and not get both. It was bad enough that I ordered $75 dollars worth.... used the coupon and then lost the free shipping on orders of $75." Customer service replied with "Thank you for contacting Design By Humans! - This is an automated response. - Your request (#######) has been marked closed. This has happened due to one of the following reasons:
- Your issue has been solved.
- We do not require a response from you.
- The ticket has been inactive for a period of time.

SO I GUESS THEY DIDN'T NEED MY BUSINESS!!! I have never worked with such a company (well that isn't entirely true) but now-a-days with all the competition... You would think that the owner of DesignByHumans was actually a machine to let his employees (Tristan to be exact) cost him $$$$$ To note... I had also added 2 shirts for each of my 3 kids and one for me. $25 to $28 each (pricey I might add but to support the arts (which is probably a lie after reading other reviews) I thought okay. But never again. Lots of other companies (maybe even ran by robots that offer Great Customer Service) at lower prices are out there. I ordered a t-shirt to see if the product is as good as they advertise or bad as the reviews. I will report back. BY THE WAY.... you CANNOT combine the WELCOME TO DBH and also get FREE Shipping when SPENDING OVER $75. I guess they really do not appreciate new customers. Bummer.--- By the way, I gave them 3-Stars (2 more than necessary) because they have a nice concept and might make it once they get their ball game in order.

Order Returned to Sender 2704679

DesignByHumans did not pay enough for shipment and therefore I was never able to pick up my package. Now they have made a full refund excl. shipping fee. Just send the god damn package and do not cheap out on shipping.

Good quality but UK buyers will pay additional charges!

Items were of good quality but if you are ordering from the UK beware. Anything over £15 and you will get charged VAT on it all, including the delivery charges. Plus Border Force will charge you a handling fee on top of that. Would happily order again, but just not financially worth it until they can somehow sort that out. Added another third to what I had already paid a lot for. It is warned on their site, but only if you go looking for it. Needs to be a lot clearer.

3 stars for lack of customer acknowledgment

For how much items and merchandise are on this site, you get 0 tracking numbers for your shipments which I find ridiculous since every package has a tracking code if you send an item out.

I preordered an item and the only thing it shows on my Order Status is "Shipping: via USPS Priority Mail | Estimated arrival:Wednesday, Aug 21" cool. It's not that hard to give me a tracking number, what if the package got delivered to a different location, what if the package got lost in transit or what if I wanted the delivery service to hold my package because I was on vacation? You can't do anything.

3 stars for lack of customer acknowledgment.

Poor quality for the price

Poor quality for the price, also be careful of the import taxes if you are not in the US, they do advertise this but I had to pay an additional £12 just to pick up my child's t-shirt from the post office (UK). Will not be using again which is a shame because it all looked so good online before I bought.

The support was the only good thing…

The support was the only good thing they have. They menage to refound me cause my package was not arriving even after a month. Then a few days later a 150€ per 6 shirt package arrived.. what a bad print omg It is blurry and not saturated at all compared to the photos
