Very nice products!!
Innovative, usefull and easy on the eyes.
I ordered 3 powercubes. It's true that inserting a plug into the socket can be a bit of a challenge so i wouldn't use the cube to regularly plug and unplug devices. So far I haven't had to much difficulty plugging in.
I shall order again, as soon as I'm done moving from one house to another: you can never have to much sockets!

My order has not arrived. Tracking has not updated since the 8th of January. I have sent multiple emails but no reply. Very disappointed with all of this, I want my money back.

Your order was placed right on the day when the travel connection between the UK and EU was suspended, hence we shipped your order out right after new year when our warehouse reopened on the 5th January. Please note that it could take up to 10 working days for shipment to arrive in Ireland from the Netherlands, especially during time like this. allocacoc charger incompatible with iPone/Airpods Pro?
Unfortunately, this wireless device will not charge my iPhone SE 2ndGen, or my Apple Airpods pro. The light comes on and it heats up, but no charging after 30 minutes. Afterwards, using the same power adapter(s), USB charged both devices in minutes.
