Bought small things for stocking fillers. Processing and delivery always good.

There is no way that I can return the object. There are scratches on the surface. The return label you send me, is not ok. I tried two Pick Up points. Communication was slow due to covid, my apologies. Meanwhile I send the product back

Quality product. Once you get the hand of folding the stand it is amazing. Certainly turned heads around the office :).

This is the 2nd time I purchase this item, was rather sceptical initially as had no idea what to expect from the 1st one, but it's very convenient and adds no volume whatsoever to the laptop.
Highly recommended.

I have 3 of them in past from amazon (when they used sell on amazon before new website). They all useful and work so well. I decided need updated one with usb C port in replace other one with 2 usb A port (that will become around house extension lead instead fix bedroom location).

Always a pleasure shopping with DesignNest Europe.
Website easy to use, parcel/goods arrive quickly. I have never had to deal with Customer Services so I cannot comment on them.
Only downside is when buying certain items they're out of stock usually in the colour I wanted at the time.
Products are always of good quality imho.

Although the product as eventually received looks good and seems to work fine, the service from DesignNest was poor in two ways.
First, they started asking for feedback repeatedly within two days of the order, even though the goods were held back in transit. Being pushy for feedback without checking the delivery of the goods is bad form, to say the least.
Second, notwithstanding the claim on the website at the time of order, the shipment was sent without the requisite customs form. As a result, not only was the shipment delayed for several days upon departure from the Netherlands, but the Swiss custom authorities added a processing fee. The only good point was that DHL was in charge of the payment, and they did handle that part smoothly, but the extra costs are another sign of DesignNest's poor logistics.
