Not perfect
Customer support answered within 1 hour which I am very happy about but the parcel tracking link from DHL hasn't updated for 8 days and today I got a completely different express tracking link from the customer support where I discovered that my parcel is already at my local DHL storage and is on hold. DHL already tried to deliver it to me but DesignNest didn't provide them with my phone number so the shipment is delayed by 3 days which I am not happy about. I hope the product will be worth it

Item outdated, wrong manual and delivery took one week to Italy.
The object that I bought (luckily paying the shipment only because was a sweatcoin prize) is a bit outdated and, at the store price overpriced. The manual inside my item (An audiocube stationery) was wrong, in fact was the manual for the portable edition. The delivery had been traceable but it took a week to Italy.

I like the products from…
I like the products from DesignNest/allocacoc.
I have had problems with DHL delivery the last 2 times. The first time, however, DHL could solve it but not the second time.

I already said that I admire the designs but now I can add that their service is excellent. When I told them that it was impossible to use their discount, that I bought an item without it. They refunded after the sale the discount, wihout me asking for it.

An interesting Dutch design company…
An interesting Dutch design company producing items (I certainly) couldn't find anywhere else. For example, I need to run several electrical gadgets when in a hotel room and may only have one socket from which to do so. In the UK all the cube-type multi-socket adapters have the sockets positioned in such a way that you cannot use them for 'charger in the plug' types. This may sound a minor issue, but not if you are stuck trying to recharge several devices. The only UK option have found is a multi socket extension lead which takes up a lot of room in your bag. Brilliant, but simple, therefore that DesignNest produce one with sockets facing in different directions. Problem solved.
