It is a nice open store with plenty of choice. The staff are not pushy and don’t harass you but are there if you need them. It was quick and easy to order our new sofa and the price is very good compared to other places.

As we'd already been in the store previously to browse, we'd already decided on which sofa we wanted. The process of ordering was nice & easy, with everything explained by the staff including the aftercare of the product. There was no hard sell of the cleaning products or warranty upgrade, but they were both discussed fully & we did choose to have them. Lovely customer service.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience with our sales consultant- Blake… He spent more than two hours with us, patiently explaining everything to us step by step and answering all of our questions. Even though his working hours finished at 8 pm, he kindly stayed with us until 8:15 pm to make sure we had everything we needed and felt completely comfortable with our decision.

As English is not our first language, we really appreciated his patience, understanding, and the time he took to explain everything so clearly. He made us feel valued, listened to, and confident in our choice.

We are so happy that our first piece of furniture for our first home came from them. It made the experience even more special for us. Thank you so much for your exceptional service, patience, and kindness. We truly appreciate it

Really relaxed and pleasant experience choosing and purchasing our preferred sofa system - we found the salesman very easy to communicate with and he was very good at showing us all the options available making our choice very easy to make.

Great service, quick and easy

I liked that we could wander round the shop without being interrupted, the assistant we had was very good at explaining everything and what options were available

We came into the store twice , first to have a look around at all the styles which was wheb we first met Emma who was extremely helpful , very informative when showing us the benefits of some of the sofas we looked at . Then when we returned a week later , again Emma gave us time and space to complete measurements of the sofas we had picked out and then when we asked questions was always on hand. When we finally made our decision , Emma made the process very easy, wasnt pushy and took her time with us . It was great to go through the sale process with her .

The member of staff that served me was very knowledgeable and very polite. The product he showed me was everything I was looking for, and I had been looking for a while in other places. This is the first time I've used the dfs. But if I needed more furniture , it might be the first place I go.

He was absolute pleasure to deal with, had a great sense of humour, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.

​There is a brilliant selection of sofas to choose from, and we are delighted with the quality and comfort of the one we picked. Overall, a top-notch experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!
