Thank you staff at DFS banbury
The staff at DFS banbury were very accommodating. Emma (I believe is her name) the store manager was amazing. Answered all our questions and gave points of view. Extremely helpful. Not thrilled about the wait for delivery but thats due to loving what we ordered and now impatient.

Advised of a plan moving forward and went through everything including the breakdown of cost involved.

Good friendly staff
Cheryl was really helpful and attentive, she gave us space as we discussed our options but was close enough to come and help straight away when we were ready. Fully explained everything and was very pleasant to deal with.

Both members of staff involved explained everything about the furniture, its guarantees and furniture protection insurance options in great detail and with total transparency.
Blake and Ausra were also very happy to take as much time as I needed to talk me through all the different options in the range to ensure the Steller furniture I chose would fit well into the space concerned which I am ordering it for.
It was genuinely a very pleasant experience throughout, without feeling in any way pressured to make a purchase.
