We had a fantastic experience buying our new sofa at DFS! From start to finish, everything went smoothly. The customer service was exceptional—especially the young man who served us (we believe his name was Blake). He was absolute pleasure to deal with, had a great sense of humour, and took the time to explain everything clearly without any pressure.
There is a brilliant selection of sofas to choose from, and we are delighted with the quality and comfort of the one we picked. Overall, a top-notch experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

The sales people were all very helpful and informative.
I was allowed loads of time to make my mind up without being hassled or hurried at all.

The young man Blake at the Banbury…
The young man Blake at the Banbury store was the most welcoming when entering the store. He was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when showing me round the sofas, allowing me time to ask questions, show me different materials and allow me the time to make the right decision for me.
